المستخلص: The science of jurisprudence is one of the most important forensic science , it is the fundamental science in religion governs the dispute , and reveals curricula of Imams and scholars in jurisprudence and deduction and inference , It connects the judges with their evidence , and branches with their origins , legitimate judgments that Allah judges the slaves with are based on constant bases , and solid rules , which can be found only in the science of jurisprudence . For all that I decided to write about this forensic science , because of its great importance . I ask All who has honored me to enter the gardens of this science to help to write about fundamental improvisation of Imam Ibn mazas jurisprudence in his book " AL-Muheet AL-Borhani " , which was written in nine volumes as in the scientific Dar Al-kutub edition. What made me write about the fundamental improvisation is : 1 - It educates the students fundamental talent as well as for its jurisprudence applications, and studies it practically. 2 - Increases the student 's ability to link branches with their origins and know the bases of legal judgements. I have included my studies this introduction, preliminary , chapter to sections , and a conclusion : The introductory chapter entitled ( the concept of fundamentalist improvisation and the life of Imam Ibn Maza ), which included three sections , the first section was entitled: (fundamentalist improvisation issues relating to judgment and evidence of the judgment) , has included three chapters, the first ( fundamentalist discharge for issues related to judgment ) and included five researches , and the second chapter ( fundamentalist discharge of pillars of governance - related issues ) and guarantee Mbgesin , Chapter III (fundamentalist improvisation issues related to evidence judgment) and included three sections .

The second section was entitled: (fundamentalist improvisation issues relating to the rules of inference and issues of jurisprudence ) has included two chapters, the first of which (fundamentalist improvisation related issues in terms of the word on the meaning ) and included four researches , and the second chapter : (fundamentalist improvisation issues relating to conflict of evidence and diligence ) and ensure , then finished the search with conclusion includes the most important results that have emerged in this study. This is the plan of the search , but the way of showing was : 1 - Indicate the issue of fundamentalism , which states the jurisprudential application at Ibn Maza , and explain the aspects of fundamentalism , and mention the branches sometimes , if any, of the jurisprudential applications found, or if the issue required mentioning its branches to complete usefulness. This may be long or short according to the data of each issue. Then I mention what I found jurisprudential applications on the issue of fundamentalism under the words: (and jurisprudence applications at Ibn Maza Allah's mercy on him ) I have begun the phrase with from , because there are other doctrinal applications sometimes cannot be listed all , The plase is of representation not mentioning every thing . Then I extract the fundamentalist application Takriga , as fundamental improvisation putting it under a ( fundamentalist improvisation ) , then introduce the sayings of scholars in the matter under a (jurisprudential issue) then recall their evidence and discuss them under the words of (evidence and discussion). 2 - study was limited only to worship section of the book (Al-Muheet Al- Borhani) , becawe of the large size of the book and its too many details. I cannot take all the applications of the Islamic jurisprudence , and thus it is not fit for the preparation of Thesis one. 3 - I Followed Ahnaf way to order the fundamental reseaches, depending on Ibn Maza Allah's mercy on him . The difficulties I faced in this study, are many , and perhaps most importantly where we are insecure in our country, and the painful situation. And finally: I ask Allah to make this work useful for Muslims , and that I have succeeded in optional, Praise be to Allah , Lord of the Worlds
