المستخلص: Jurisprudence is one of the main sciences that is great and has great benefit.Many proofs and methods can surround this science , and can forbid it from any mistakes in making jurisprudential judgement. Imam Al-Shawkani is one of those pioneers in this scince that our Islamic society is proud of him. Then his explanation through his outstanding source "Fatih Al-Qadeer" is his famous work. During having much attention through this science as a part of being faithful to this scientist , this thesis is specified for his work and interpretation as ( The original opinions for Imam Al-Shawkani through his interpretation of " Fatih Al-Qadeer" ). The main approach in this thesis is to collect the data related to Imam Al-Shawkani through his interpretation. If there is something different from those who has proceeded him , he makes some justification and gives reasons for being different. Many proofs are given and many opinions have been clarified , all of those opinions reflect great work mind. The chosen opinion is proved to be correct then many comparisions have been done. This thesis is divided into six chapters , besides introduction and conclusions. After that many concluding points are given , and can be mentioned as follows : Firstly ; Mohamed bin Ali Al-Shawkani(God s mercy be upon him) is among great scientists in art and science. Secondly ; Al-Shawkani makes jurisprudence in Al-Zaidy tradition , and becomes one of great pioneers. Thirdly ; Imam Al-Shawkani has devoted his life to serve science by his editions and following the right ways . Fourthly ; Imam Al-Shawkani has mentioned many original opinions through his interpretation to some Ayat of Qurَan. Fifthly ; Al-Shawkani has inherited five matters through his interpretation to Al-Zaidy tradition.

Sixthly ; among the prominent aspects in his work are: 1- He reflects that disbelievers are addressed by branches of jurisprudence. 2- He thinks that any matter is allowed if it was not aduty. 3- He thinks that presenting any matter will be back to what it was before. 4- He observes that carrying any aspected will be allowed or specified to any judge and what were their conditions. 5- He observes that what is allowed or not cannot be hold together because of their differences in the case. 6- He thinks that the indefinite in the course of speech and the singular form in a lef and lam with the pronunciation of (mُ n) is connected with the general. 7- He thinks that the address form in general includes what is available in the exact time of the act and what comes later. 8- He thinks that the wisdow is in the general pronunciation of the items not with the particular form of the reason. 9- He thinks that it is possible to specify textbook by textbook. 10- It is possible to specify the holy Qurَan by Sennَah. 11- It is possible to link the holy Qurَan by the Sennَah. 12- It is possible to specify the holy Qurَan by the predicate of lone lines. 13- It is allowed to specify the general as a positive of some matters from the whole. 14- It is allowed to use what is associative in all meanings. 15- The metaphorical meaning is mentioned in the holy Qurَan. 16- He observes that the form of objection is used in the form of adjective and conditional form. 17- He thinks that the agreement of the nation is not an enough evidence. 18- It is possible to allow transmitting benefit. 19- Imam Al-Shawkani doesnُ t think that the sayings of the Sahabi are considered as evidence. 20- He thinks it is necessary to accept the copy. 21- It is not possible to copy before the act of verb. 22- It is possible to compare the recitation without conditions. 23- It is possible to compare holy Qurَan with holy Qurَan. 24- It is possible to compare Sennَah with holy Qurَan. 25- It is possible to compare holy Qurَan with Sennَah. 26- He thinks that the additions and comments of the prophet Mohammed (Gods peace and bless be upon him) are possible. 27- He thinks that imitations are not allowed.
