المستخلص: Doubtless the I slamic nation nowadays undergoes a serious stage war is still continued on the moslews and schemes are conspired on them by the forces ef evil and ryranny in order to subjugate them and distorl their identity especially after noticing that their spiritual power . All this requires every braue mosleen to think of a way order to develop his nation and save it from losing and the most important factor to do that is to return to the ideology of unification that which when the prodecessois followed , built the glory of our nation which was admired throughout the world for its right direction and justice . The wanted return to the pure Islamic ideology is to adopt the path Quran and the prophetic tradition in all aspects of life especially those on which nations are built and the wisdom of god required that leadership is an essential aspect of them from the very start man who is naturally social neded leadership since he readised that a community without a uader is like a cattle lost with no shepherd to defend them and protect then from deagers . hence reseach in the subject of leadership in the ideological perspectine is a must so that people in concern be acquainted with the concepts , duties , qualities and obstacles the may affect leadership as all jobs and duties need successful wanagement and efficient leadership socato fulfill their gods and objections as it is not anarchism or random , but it and all what it may include of duties should be applied on all jobs that may load to success and so is the leader who should be strict , stron far sighted open ninded and widely educated and before all these the ideology that motivates him .

Because of the qreat influence of the prophetic personality in building the leading milestones of the rophet "Al ha's blessing and peace might be on him " moreover because of the hard ccvcumstances and the serions setbacks in addition to the many charges that the moslen nation undergoes so it is the duty of every straightforward and brawn Moslem to clarify and defend Islam so that every thing is obvious In order explain the point well and to show the greatness of ideology in the most difficull situations which is the field of was , I think it is necessary to write about the mords and principles of ideology and its effects on leadership whose hero was the prophet " Alla's blessing and peace be on him " that was the most wonderful example and formed a pretext for us so that we can defend Islam and clear it from the groundless accusations made by the spiteful ignorant and the those who mix the right with the wrong in order to distort the pictures of Islam and depreciate its contributions in enrichmet the human culture within its march since more than fourteen centuries . There are many researches in this aspect but after studying them carefully , I found out they are talking generally about the Islamic ideology and leadership without studying deeply the relationship between them but through this study researches and readers can collect knowledge about the sources of original ideology and the fundamentals of management and leadership and cmpare them with what was going on in the prophetic leadership then they will get the result and objective of this study to know the facts of ideology only is not eaough to motivates other to achieve something but it is essential to invest these facts side by side with principles so that it may convery wishes hopes and eaoutions that may help to spead the sight of the leader and the Islamic educational appeoach to crysalize the peisoadity of the leader in a way that it supports him t clarify his principles it is mentioned in his speech "All's blessings and peace be on him when said : All of you are responsible :- So leadership in Islam means to chieve succession on earth on the parpose of suitability and reformayion and prophet advised us to choose one as a leader or a prince even of they were only three . In the same way Ibn Taywiya said " Jt should be known that leading people is the wont importast duty of redigion without leadership . It is not known historically an approach that rehabilitates personalities and brings them up no doubt that leadership is trust worthiress and very difficalt because people have got differeat quaalitites interests and habits so the leader needs talent in dealing with them and should a dopt the style of regotiation and dialogue with good experiens so leadership is an art and science an art in the sense of the inhernted talents and a science in the sense of leadering the fundamentade of leadership so a lader should have distingvished qualities that rehabilitate him to enlight the way for his people in a way that makes parents a ble to bring up active and influential kids and the head of a firm successful and a teacher to educate his pupils and in this way we would have on actine peaceful and faithful soccify .
