المستخلص: This thesis deals with the relations among the tribes of najid and eastern part of Arabian peninsula before Islam . A lot of kingdoms and states appeared in Arabian peninsula and state appeared having a great political position at that time . Those kingdoms had established political system coping with the political ,economic and social life in the Arabian peninsula . As it was known , those area were the clustering places of Arab tribes , searching for the easiest living . Those traveling tribes led to armed commitments among all parties . tribes with tribes , or the kingdoms with the neighboring states . the kingdom of Hira which had an autonomous political entity in the south of Iraq entered several disputes with the exiting tribes on the near and the far borders of the desert so that it would enhance its political entity. The area of Najid in the middle of Arabian Peninsula is not less important than that of Kinda Tribes and that of Amiribin Sa,sa, through the control of tribes on the strategic areas and the important commercial routes . For the significance of Arabian Peninsula East as compared to that of Al-Hira Kingdom . The Kings of the latter attracted the tendency of all exiting tribes by peace, by force or giving privileges which ensured any aggression on the possessions of Al-Hira .That policy led tom the disputes with the great powers and the implementing tribes such as Bakribin Wail , Tamim and others . Hence , it was natural that the kings of Hira adopted certain policies as that statuesque necessitated . They chase the war and peace as required .

Those disputes formed the sections of this thesis so that the nature of those relations is the essence of such a work . This study is composed of Four chapter and a conclusion . Chapter One deals with the appearance of Hira Kingdom in the 3rd century A.D. .it shows its geographical significance in the Arabian Peninsula and the distribution of the important tribes in those areas . Chapter Two describes the nature of relations between the Arab tribes in Najid and Al-Hira Kingdom. Chapter three is concerned with the understanding of the relations between the kings of al- Hira and the east of Arabian peninsula . Chapter four is allocated for the economic and cultural sides on which the relations of Al – Hira were crystallized with other tribes . The thesis comes to an end with a conclusion which summarized the most important relations based on the general interests between the tribes and the kingdom of Al- Hira which was supported by A ssasaniya Empire .
