The present study includes a field determination of physical and chemical features as well as diagnosion and isolation of some types of bacterias showing their numbers in different stations of some aquatic ecosystems in Kirkuk. The study has started at April 2007 till the end of March 2008, nine stations have been chosen distributed on the Lower Zabe one of the longest Tigris river branches (3) a stations nd Al-Khassa which is one of the three basic tributary which flows in Al-Uzeem (3) stations and the ground water (wells) (3) position at Kirkuk city. The samples of water have been taken in order to be analyzed in the laboratory to determine the physical features like(Water and Air Temperature , Turbidity ,Electrical Conductivity values, Total Dissolved Solid TDS) and chemical features such as (Hydrogen ion pH , Dissolved oxygen, Biological oxygen demined BOD5, ,Total alkalinity, Total hardness, Calcium hardness ,Magnesium hardness, Chloride , Sulphates) . . The average of values in the plant nutrients as for phosphate reaches between (ND-8.32) microgram nuclear phosphor-phosphate/L. While as for wells water the values of phosphate between (0.126 - 2.889) microgram nuclear phosphor-phosphate/L. Nitrate values were unsettled in the six positions and they are between (0.93-102) microgram nuclear nitrogen- nitrate /L. The results of Sulphates are (48-6-154)mg/L in the six positions during the period of study, as for. the wells water the results of sulphates were (411-785)mg/L. While the heavy metals , the present study showed that the average of concentrations of (Pb, Ni, Zn, Cu, Cr, Co, Cd, Fe) dissolving in the water of Al-Zab Al-Asfel and Al-Khassa river ( 2.39 , 2.34 , 9.96 , 1.3 , 1.58 , 1.55 , 2. 38 , 3,25 , 109. 7) microgram/L in succession. As for wells water the rate of concentrations for heavy metals were (2.61,2.11,14.88, 1.15,1.55,1.81,2.8,2.22,172.3) microgram/ L. in successionly. As for studying the biological factors studied, the bacterial pollution and there have been (7×103 - 240×103) cell/ml for the total number of air bacteria and (2×102 - 183×102) cell/100ml as for colon bacteria and (0.7×10-110×10) cell/100ml for excrement colon bacteria. The waters of Al-Zab Al-Asfel and Al-Khassa river were considerated not suitable and healthy for drinking and all of the stations and during the whole period of study without clarification treatment of water. As for wells water, the whole number of air bacteria reaches between(12×103 – 9.7×103) cell/100ml for the whole colon bacteria and between (0.3×10 – 2,1×10)cell/100ml as for excrement colon bacteria. The results of this study refer to that wells waters in Kirkuk are not suitable and healthy for drinking of human, but they are suitable for irrigat agricultural crops which are resistant to salt and they are also suitable to the drink for animals. From the other hand the results of isolating diagnosis in the water of the positions Al-Zab Al-Asfel,Al-Khassa river and wells waters isolating and diagnosing the genus of bacteria relate to family Enterobacteriaceae and these genus : Escherichia , Klebsiella , Serratia , Citrobacter , Proteus , Shigella , Salmonella , Enterobacter , Also the study has diagnosed three types relate to Vibrio family and these genus are : Plesiomonas , Vibrio , Aeromonas also isolating and diagnosing six genus of bacteria gram negative painting airy or less need to oxygen sticky or global these genusare; Pasteurella,Alcaligenes, Flavobacterium ,Acinetobacter,Pseudomonas,Moraxella , |
