The concept changed through the history, especially when they try to understand the metaphysics with the limitation of their methodologies. Different thoughts and beliefs have emerged in the religion theology. Crystallized the concept first in theology with set of gods and goddesses, and assigned their jobs according to the human abilities in their real society. The story of the creation, the emergence of the first man and his wife leaded to the concept of human androgynous. Unfortunately, their language was not enough developed to express philosophically the idea of embodiment of the gods Appeared as a male and female in a society of gods. This idea Leaked to the some religions especially Judaism and Christianity. In Christianity the trinity –three male persons- was finalized and to complete the picture eventually Mary was added a female divine. When Islam emerged, looked at this androgynous as a deviation from the path of unification. Islam tried to correct this misconception. In the renaissance and technology age, the concept again was verified according scientific methodology. Unluckily, this methodology did not help to correct the concept instate revived with a new form, and Islam particularly was targeted by them for provoking the Shari’a in the Muslim community
