المستخلص: The present study included the evaluation of the effectiveness of five types of inert dusts a powder Serpintinite, Albitite, Limeston, Marl and Slate and three types of plant powders , a powdered garlic Allium sativum, black pepper Piper nigrum , cumin Cuminum cyminum and five types of plant oils , a seed oil black Nigella sativa, castor Ricinus communis, sunflower Helianthus annuus ,linseed Linum usitatissimum and mustard Brassica juncea in the southern cowpea beetle Callosobruchus maculatus. The study results showed that the effectiveness of the clay powder and cumin powder fruits and mustard oil significantly superiority the rest of the inert dusts and plant powder and plant oils and proportions mortality percentage of 29.76 , 55.31 % , 34.53 %, respectively . As for reducing the number of eggs and increase the proportion of expulsions percentage also excelled powder clay on the rest of inert dusts reached 163.0 , 65.42 %, respectively, and cumin powder to the rest of the powders plant has reached 84.5 , 95.14 %, respectively, and mustard oil to the rest of the oil has reached 161.13 , 64.4% on , respectively. As for the increase in the time required for the exit of members of the first generation (F1) reached 21 days with inert dusts inactive at concentrations of 10, 20, 30 g / kg , while superiority cumin powder on the rest of plant powders reached 22.63 days , and mustard oil to the rest of the plant oils reached 28.08 days , and for reducing number of insects emerging and increasing the percentage of reduction of personnel first generation (F1) superiority slate powder for the rest of inert dusts reached 105.75 , 58.92 %, respectively , and cumin powder to the rest of the plant powders reaching 47.25 , 95.15 %, respectively, and line seed oil to the rest of the plant oils amounted to 48.5 , 97.43 %, respectively.

As for reducing the percentage of the damage and weevil perforation index superiority serpintinite dusts on the rest of inert dusts stood at 65.31 , 69.86 %, respectively, and cumin powder to the rest of the plant powders stood at 26.38 , 10.64 %, respectively, and line seed oil to the rest of the plant oils stood at 24.90% , 6.00 %, respectively, and for reducing the percentage of lost in weight superiority slate dusts and cumin powder and mustard oil to the rest of inert dusts and plant powders and plant oils stood at 30.75 , 17.2% , 16.88 %, respectively . There were no significant differences between all inert dusts and control in terms of the percentage of germination as it superiority fruit powders of black pepper , cumin powder , garlic , the percentage of germination with them, 95.00% , while superiority sun flower oil to the rest of the plant oils stood at 95.83 % compared to the control , reaching 96.66 % , and the relationship was inversely between focus and all of the number of eggs , number of insects emerging , the percentage of damage , weevil perforation index, loss in weight and germination of seeds of cowpea treatment and positive correlation with mortality adult , the proportion of expulsions percentage , the period required for the exit of members of the first generation( F1) and the percentage of reduction of members of the first-generation ( F1). Overall results of the present study was that the plant powders while superiority significantly on plant oils and inert dusts in the proportions of mortality adult and for reducing the number of eggs and increase the proportion of expulsions percentage superiority plant powders morally on inert dusts , plant oils , and to increase the time required to exit( F1) superiority plant oils significantly on plant powders and inert dusts and to reduce the number of insects emerging and increasing the percentage of reduction of (F1) superiority plant oils on plant powders and inert dusts and to reduce the percentage of damage and loss in weight superiority plant oils on plant powders and inert dusts for the germination of seeds of cowpea treatment of these materials has superiority inert dusts on plant powders and plant oils.
