This study aims to identify the international legitimacy policy and clarifying its purposes and provision of Elimam Elshibani , who built the foundation of the legitimary policy on streptococys religious assed . The title of the study is The International legitimacy policy of ElimamElshibani who is considered as the most knowleigable , the deep thinker and has a comprehensive vision Imam As the study is so important and complex, the researcher employed several approaches in order to collect the details of the subject as possible. To achieve this ,the researcher relies on the inductive comparative Fiqh method .Pointing out the most prominent opinions of scholars with their approvals according to the recqusirmert. The researcher handles all matters related to the concept of the international legitimacy policies mentioned by Elshibani in his books The great Biographies. The study includes the over all principles of legitimacy policy and its importance fields ,scholar regards ,elements international relations ,dplomate right and their mission treaty relation between Muslims and other, concept of human rights , saving theary and interest theory .
The reseaher gleaned the material of study from the news and tales reported by Elshibani from his era scholars , and modernizers ,Thus the study is based on thought which Elshibani resided his innovative ,and remarkable work . The study comes up with the following According resulte to Elshibani , the interest theory is not only one of the basic theories in building relations between states ,but also the bond in decision making , and political attitudes between the Islamic countries and other subjects of the International law . * Politics in Islamic is based on purposes overtake the specified geographical area . * The sovereignty, dignty and perestig of the Islamic state should be maintained in its internal and external political deals .
