The article aimed at revealing the joint work regulations in the field of the monuments and the museums. The article explained that it is one of the main objectives of the Gulf Cooperation Council. A, which aims at achieving the complementarity among the GCC States and standardizing their systems and its work regulations. The step taken by the agencies responsible for the monuments and the museums in the GCC countries to issue a number of laws, systems, regulations and organized perceptions of the work in the field of the archeology and the museums, as a fundamental step within a studied methodology for organizing the joint action among the GCC countries in this field. The article focused on several elements. First, the executive vision of the project of exchange of visits to the workers in the field of the archeology and the museums. Second, the mechanism of loaning the artifacts among the GCC countries, which included the necessary procedures in both the case of the research or the study and the state of photographing the artifacts, the state of showing the loaned artifacts and the issue of insurance. Third, the rules governing the joint exhibition of monuments in the GCC countries. It included the objective of the exhibition, the administrative side, and the suggested place to the presentation, the archaeological materials and the art preparations, the period of presentation, the scientific side, the transport and the packaging, financial costs, the liability and the compensation, the accompanying staff, opening and closing the exhibition, media coverage and publication. Fourth, the Standard Model of the agreement on surveying and archaeological excavation between states member and Foreign Bodies working in the field of antiquities. It included twenty-four articles. Fifth, the approved model for the governmental and the private museums of the GCC countries. Sixth, the adopted model for the guide of specialists working in the field of antiquities and museums from the citizens of the GCC countries. Seventh, the criteria for honoring the specialists and the researchers in the field of the archeology and the museums in the GCC countries, and it included the purpose of the honor, the criteria and the conditions of honor, and the mechanisms of nomination..This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
