|a Religion and science are the bases for nations development and highness . Thus , a group of people who kept the Glorious Qur'an by their hearts and follow its teachings confront to preserve the Sunna of the prophet . They also educate the people as well as they are firm during the times of disorders . As a result, the princes usually approach those people in order to get the satisfaction of the public and to reconcile between them and the public the public and hence comes this study . This study includes an introduction, three chapter , a conclusion bibliography and an abstract of the thesis . Chapter one deals with the concept of recitation and Hadith narration from a linguistic and idiomatic point of view , how they appears and their role in keeping the Glorious Qur'an and teaching it to the people of Macca . It also includes briefly the schools of recitation and Hadeth narration in Islamic regions. Chapter two Concentrates on the mutual relationship between the recites and Hadeth narrators and the Ommiad Caliphs and their rulers and vice versa . Chapter three shows their administrative participation and how this participation can be accepted or rejected in other times . This has been shown through justice , regions administration , fortune-tellers and divans administration and others . Brief references have been made to their military and Jihad role . The most important conclusions are as follows: Recites and Hadith narrators are the elite who proceed people in their prayer and condole them in their disasters and teaching them the Islamic teachings as well . They also help the prophet Mohammad ( peace be upon him ) after the help of Allah to spread and defend Islam . They also have an important role in keeping and writing the Glorious Qur'an . To a achieve this , they travel to many areas . Their efforts lead to the appearance of the schools of Basra and Kufa and others . As a result of their distinguished role in the above mentioned fields , princes begin to get their support by giving them some administrative positions like justice . Some problems appear between princes and the public . As a result the recites and Hadith narrators are sub-divided in to three groups: 1- A group that think of helping princes in administration and policy attempting not to allow evil retinue to affect them . 2- A group that allocate all their time to worshipping Allah and to neglect all state affairs because they corrupt the purity of their life . 3- A group who help the princes in case that they fail to in their duties even if they hate that . The abore-mentioned situations of the recites and Hahith narrators towards the state represent mere diligence . This show that they have no independent political entity with restricted aims . They have no unified leadership in dealing with situations that their participation in some movements is for recondition of which Abdu-Rehman bin Al-Ashaath Movement .
