In this thesis titled with tge hadiths that occurs in language politeness book for ibo mansour al- azhare ( 370a.h) from al ha book to al- ta and al- ha doors . Al- amim abo mansour al- azhare is one of the most important person in linguist lexicon schools after al- khalil bin ahmed al- firahide . He was speaking and discussing, and empha size on the causes of truth or unreal, he proved this in depend on the right in arabs speech . He wasnt were mentioned the rule with out explain his causes al- azhare got agood and agreat place between his scientists age and who came after him, for his travelling for science . He took from the scientist of his countray and baghdad, in addihion, he interested in diffrent science and know ledge such as, tanguage, fikh, hadith and al- tafseer . in terested in alqaran withess and hadiths more than other linglistics which we have seen thrir, because al- azhare interested in connet between qaran and relious with language . Al- hadith witness entrance in language early, because al- azhare used it more in his writing . When al- azhare was prisoner in al- karametah riot ctrouble threr is agood effect in his ecauird language wealth, this encouraged to write lexicons, appeared the ling ustics figures . The number of the hadiths which the study contained (91) hadith, alsaheehaih hadith is about (41) hadith, there was (30) hadith from this saheeh al- bukhari, and (36) hadith from saheeh al- amam mouslem . The number of the hadiths in sunin abe dawood (15), sunin al- turmathy (6), sunin al- nassiae (3), sunin abn majh (3), musnd al- amam ahmed (12), sunin al- daramy (1), in musinf abd al- rasak (1), musinif abn abe shabh (1), in the big lexicon for al- tabrany (2), in al- sageer (1), in the great sonin for al- bahaky (2), in al- mustdrk for al- hakem (1), and the hadiths that narrated by al- azhare (2) . After this study was can observe the following ; - (41) hadith from al- saheehain al- bukhary and mouslem . - (15) hadith some of them saheeha out of al- saheehain . - (27) hadith with well evidence . - (8) hadith with weak evidence .
