This dissertation, Siddiq Hasan Khan Al-Qinouji Rehtorically in His Interpretation for Fatih Al-Bayan Fi Maqasid Al-Quran, deals with a search in Al-Qinouji's rhetorical efforts in his interpretation as an explanation for one of the most significant secrets of the Glorouis Quran and the bright interpretation surrounding it. Since Glorious Quran is the great book of Allah that Allah brought those who believe to take them out from darkness into light, so I started my Ph.D. study intending to conduct a rhetorical research in the Glorious Quran. The nearest topic to me was interpretation of it (tafseer). Allah made what I wished true. So I found a very old salafi interpretation by an Indian Scholar who is well-known by what left and the testimony of his peers. The Islamic nation accepted that, he was the Imam (leader in knowledges, unique in his time, and gathered between knowledge and leadership). According to the methods of research, this dissertation is divided into an introduction and three main chapters with an index for the tables related to these chapters in Al-Qinouji's interpretation. The conclusion and the references come after. In the introduction there is an explanation for why did I choose this topic and the reason was behind Al-Qinouji's accuracy for choosing the rhetorical aspects in the Glorouis Quran. Also there is a biography for Al-Qinouji and his method in interpretation. Chapter One deals the aspects of Arabic semantics related to rhetorics. These aspects are; tidings, command, prohibition, introducing, restriction, conjunction, disjunction, redundancy and summarization. Chapter two sheds light on aspects of eloquence which are simile, metaphore, metonymy and gesture. Chapter three is divided into two sections. Section one is devoted to the semantic aesthetic values and their types, and section two is devoted to the verbal aesthetic values and their types also. The index includes the rhetoric examples related to the three chapters above for Al-Qinouji only. The conclusion includes the most important rhetorical outcomes that are similar to what the scholars have with an increasing for the examples and explanation. Finally, the references are put at the end of the dissertation.
