Ibn Al-jazary was one of the best famous of nobles in (800 AH) , and he composed many useful books in a different subjects , in the beginning of it Al-Qiraat science , the scholars devoted their hard effort to study and get benefits of it , one of his composes (Al-awaly book) which includes Hadeths –says – of prophet Mohammed (peace and blessing be up on him) which has a nice and perfume feelings as well as the terminology -Hadeeth terms science- which is a useful for nimble student of Hadeeth science . The most important in this book is a highly Hadeeth – series of men in the chain- for him but not found with others of his peers , these Hadeeths are very important in religion , it is in the same way of his peers to chose forty Hadeeths in book . Some of scholars whom he followed them : Abdullah ibn Al-mubarak (181 AH) he is first of composes whom compose in this science , then follow him Mohammed ibn Aslam Al-toosi (245 AH) , Abo Baker Al-Ajjori (360AH) , Al-Daraqutny (385AH) , Al-Hakem (405AH) , Al-Nawawi (676AH) and others uncounted . Enough honest of narrator to be first of series its end is the prophet Mohammed (peace and blessing be up on him) . Ibn Al-Jazari introduced an invaluable introduction for his book ,declared terminology in it and separate the says in the type of highest series to the prophet Mohammed (peace and blessing be up on him) and the recital by license and the ways of taking and the giving actions . This is giving us a clear view for better interesting of Ibn Al-jazari in this subject . He is selected which is more truth , more eloquent and more briefly Hadeeths , and he encourage the students to get the highest series sayings by correct hearing and narrate about the prophet Mohammed (peace and pleasing be up on him) . And we discovered from the book’s title his interest and caring to narrate forty Hadeeths with it’s series to the prophet ( peace and blessing be up on him ) as a displaying in the Hadeeths which are bush up to this work . some of these with that meaning as : about Abi Hurairah said : the messenger ( peace and blessings be up on him ) said : (( who is save –keep- for my nation forty Hadeeths in which benefit them in their religion matter that Allah will send him in day judgment as one of scholars )). , and Hadeeths in the same meaning are many . this Hadeeth is coming in many ways from Al-sahabah such as : Ali Ibn Abi Talib , Ibn Masood and Muath Ibn Jabal –Allah is satisfying all of them- and this is the second matter which is pushed Ibn Al-jazari to do his book in forty Hadeeths .
