المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن المتطلبات المعرفية والمهارية للمنظم الاجتماعي بالمنظمات الطبية من خلال استخدام مدخل التأهيل المرتكز على المجتمع لمساعدتها على تحقيق أهدافها. واعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل. وتكونت مجموعة الدراسة من جميع الإخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بالمنظمات الطبية والتي بلغ عددهم (48). وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في استمارة استبيان مطبقة على الإخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين بالمنظمات الطبية. وارتكزت الدراسة على ثلاثة محاور رئيسة، حيث ناقش المحور الأول المتطلبات المعرفية للمنظم الاجتماعي لاستخدام مدخل التأهيل المرتكز على المجتمع لمساعدة المنظمات الطبية في تحقيق أهدافها. وتناول المحور الثاني المتطلبات المهارية للمنظم الاجتماعي لاستخدام مدخل التأهيل المرتكز على المجتمع لمساعدة المنظمات الطبية في تحقيق أهدافها. كما أوضح المحور الثالث الرؤية المستقبلية لاستخدام المنظم الاجتماعي مدخل التأهيل المرتكز على المجتمع لمساعدة المنظمات الطبية في تحقيق أهدافها. وجاءت نتائج الدراسة مؤكدة على أن هناك متطلبات معرفية للمنظم الاجتماعي بالمنظمات الطبية مرتبطة بكلا من (طريقة تنظيم المجتمع، وطبيعة العمل، وفريق العمل). كما أوضحت النتائج أن هناك متطلبات مهارية للمنظم الاجتماعي بالمنظمات الطبية مرتبطة بعدة مهارات (مهارة الاتصال مع المجتمع المحيط، ومهارة المساعدة، ومهارة الارتباط). كما توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى بناء إطار تصوري مقترح لاستخدام المنظم الاجتماعي مدخل التأهيل المرتكز على المجتمع لمساعدة المنظمات الطبية في تحقيق أهدافها تم استخلاصه من المعارف العلمية للخدمة الاجتماعية وخاصة طريقة تنظيم المجتمع، وتتمثل عناصر الإطار التصوري فيما يلي: الأهداف، العمليات، الاستراتيجيات، التكتيكات، الأدوار، المهارات، الأدوات.

The study aimed to reveal the cognitive and the skill requirements of the social system in the medical organizations through the use of the community-based on the rehabilitation approach to help them in achieving their objectives. The study was based on the comprehensive social survey method. The study group consisted of all the social workers who work in the medical organizations, which numbered (48). The study tools represented in a questionnaire form applied to the social workers who work in the medical organizations. The study focused on three main axes. The first discussed the cognitive requirements of the social system of using the rehabilitation approach based on society to help the medical organizations in achieving their objectives. The second axis addressed the technical requirements of the social system of using the rehabilitation approach based on the society to help the medical organizations in achieving their objectives. The third axis also explained the future vision of using the social system of the rehabilitation approach based on the society to help the medical organizations in achieving their goals. The results of the study confirmed that there are knowledge requirements of the social system in the medical organizations related to both (the method of society organization, the nature of work, and the teamwork). The results also showed that there are skill requirements of the social organization in medical organizations related to several skills (communication skills with the surrounding community, the skill of assistance, and the skill of association). The results of the study also led to the construction of a conceptual framework of using the social system to the rehabilitation approach based on the society to help the medical institutions in achieving their objectives. It was derived from the scientific knowledge of the social service and especially the way of organizing the society.
