520		\|b Economic Courts have been created by the Egyptian legislator in order to facilitate the legal conditions for investment in Egypt. \ The present study sheds light on the above-mentioned issue in two axes. The first one deals with the mechanism of establishing economic courts: judges, circuits, auxiliary bodies and the conciliation system before these courts. The second deals with the scope of the jurisdiction in terms of allocation of jurisdiction between the Courts of First Instance and Appeal, and setteling disputes within its jurisdiction.
