يتنزل هذا البحث في سياق مناقشة طبيعة العلاقة بين اللغة من حيث كونها نظاما من العلامات، متعدد المستويات، وبين القدرة الخلاقة للعقل البشري في بناء هذا النظام وتفعيل دوره في التواصل الإنساني، يقدم البحث هذه الرؤية من خلال دراسة طبيعة "الخاصية النظامية للغة الإنسانية" بوصفها نظاما علاميا راسخا في الذهن، وقد سلك البحث مسلكا وصفيا قصد التعريف بأهم الأنظار اللسانية الحديثة بداية من دي سوسير، ومرورا بأشهر لغويي القرن العشرين، ووصولا إلى تشومسكي في نظريته التوليدية، والتي ركزت عبر نماذجها المتطورة على آلية إبداع اللغة، وكيف يبدع العقل هذا النسق المتمثل في ظاهرة اللسان. بعد ذلك، ينصرف البحث في مسلك فرعي يسعى إلى استثمار هذه الخاصية في فهم طبيعة النحو العربي في مستوى تعليمه باعتباره أداة اكتساب اللغة وتعلمها.
This study considers the nature of the relationship between Human Language as being a system of signs with multi-levels, and the creative competence of the human mind in building this system and activating its This study considers the nature of the relationship between Human Language as being a system of signs with multi-levels, and the creative competence of the human mind in building this system and activating its role in human communication. To this ends, the study explains the Systematicity of Language feature and its role in explaining how the mind creates language. It begins with a description of the history of the most important modern linguistic views articulated first by Ferdinand de Saussure, and developed later by the most famous linguists in the 20th century, ending up with a comprehensive discussion about Chomsky's theory of Generative Grammar. The study shows how Chomsky's theory focused via its evolving models on the way of language creativity and how the mind creates language. Having done that, the study turns to suggest that taking the advantage of the Systematicity of Language feature helps us understanding the nature of Arabic Grammar, and consequently, teaches us how the knowledge of language is acquired.
