|a يمثل التدخين عدوانا على العديد من المصالح التي يحميها القانون بمختلف فروعه، فهو عدوان على حق الإنسان في صحته وسلامة جسده وحقه في العيش في بيئة نظيفة خالية من التلوث. وهذه المصالح بما تمثله من أهمية تستوجب التدخل التشريعي المستمر لم يقابلها سياسة جنائية فعالة والدراسة الراهنة تعرض-بشيء من التفصيل-لمضمون المصالح الجنائية المحمية بتجريم التدخين وسياسة التجريم والعقاب على التدخين في مصر بما يكتنفها من مظاهر قوة ومظاهر ضعف.
|b Smoking is an aggression against the interests protected by the various branches of law. It is an aggression against human right to health and safety of the body and die right to live in a clean environment free from pollution.The importance of these in¬terests requires continued legislative intervention regarding effective criminal pol¬icy. The current study presented in some detail, the content of criminal interests pro¬tected by the criminalization of smoking , The policy of criminalization and punishment in Egypt and their strengths and weaknesses are discussed.
