The current research aims at designing a Tai Chi exercises program, identifying its effects on decreasing stress, psychological pressure and related biological variables and its relation to the performance level of temporal exercises for the first year female students. The researcher used the quasi-experimental approach (two-group design) with pre- and post- measurements. (40) Female students of the first year - faculty of physical education - Tanta University, were chosen to form the sample. The researcher divided the sample into two groups (15 subjects each), while (10) students were used as a pilot sample for calculating validity and reliability of tests. Results indicated that here are no statistically significant differences between the pre- and post- measurements of the control group on stress, psychological pressure and some biological variables. There are statistically significant differences between the pre- and post- measurements of the experimental group on stress, psychological pressure and some biological variables in favor of the post-measurements. There are statistically significant differences between post- measurements of both groups on stress, psychological pressure and some biological variables in favor of the experimental group. There is a statistically significant correlation between the performance levels of the free temporal exercises and stress, psychological pressure and some biological variables in both groups. This correlation is negative for the control group and positive for the experimental group.
