المستخلص: The study indicates the following main results: 1- The United Nations Office on drugs and crime (UNODC) estimated that about 230 million of the world's population in the age group (15-64) taking drugs in 2010. 2- Surveys results indicate that drugs are the main reason leading to family breakdown and divorce. 3- The number of addicts rising whom receiving treatment of government hospitals is 4131 to 21499 addicted through (2002-2011). 4- The number of guilty on drug issues concentrated into two groups (unemployed, unskilled worker) where 56.4% from the total of were all guilty. 5- The total spent on drug in market-traded between 804.675 million pounds to 2.4 billion pounds in 2002 and rose to $ 4.6 billion to 13.8 billion pounds in 2011. 6- The average of total spent on narcotic natural substances 633.3 million pounds to 1.9 billion pounds in 2002 increased from 4.6 to 13.8 billion pounds in 2011. 7- The ranged of total spent on synthetic drugs between 171.3 - 514 million pounds in 2002 decreasing to 28.6 to 86.2 million pounds in 2011 8- Total expenses on drugs about 13.8 billion pounds in 2011 and which represents 38.4% of the Suez Canal revenues, equivalent to 7.6% of export earnings, 21.2% of tourism revenues, while it represents 18.3% of the total investments which worth’s 75.2 billion pounds for the same year. 9- The total number of the drug cases decreased from 26955 cases in 2002 to 20839 cases in 2011. 10- The total number of exact cases of Banjo is 8558 cases which represents 41.1% of the total number of exact cases in 2011. 11- The proportion of youth accused in drug cases is 43.2% in age group 30 years and more in 2002 which dropped to 41.2% in 2011.
