المستخلص: The principal idea of this research is the changes is “the changes in the process of mass communication using the international network of information “ identifying how data and mass communication became a network, using the international network of information (the Internet), and identifying processes of transformation in terms of mass communication networking research aiming to: 1.Diagnose data transformation process of mass communication networking. Provide a new model of Mass Communication commensurate with the theme of the International Network of electronic information. The research have come to present a model search called “Humanity Communication Net”(HCN), and it also reached to some important results related to the process of communication and its transformations and changes that have occurred with Internet.
