صناعة المعلومات في مؤسسات المعلومات : دراسة حالة لدار الكتب و الوثائق الوطنية العراقية

المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على مفهوم ونشأة صناعة المعلومات وأبرز التجارب العالمية والعربية في هذا المجال وتسليط الضوء على اهم الممارسات الحالية لهذه الصناعة في دار الكتب والوثائق الوطنية العراقية بالتركيز على استخدام تقنيات المعلومات والاتصالات في الخدمات المقدمة. استخدم منهج دراسة الحالة لإقسام الدار المختلفة والتي لها دور بارز في ممارسة نشاط الصناعة المعلومات وفقا لما تبنته الدراسة الحالية كما اعتمدت المقابلات والملاحظات الشخصية والتصفح للموقع الإلكتروني والتقرير السنوي للدار أدوات لجمع البيانات حيث تم تحليل البيانات المأخوذة عن طريق هذه الأدوات وفقا لأربعة محاور رئيسية تضمنت عددا من المحاور الفرعية وبما يغطي موضوع البحث. وقد خرج البحث بعدة نتائج منها: 1-فيما يتعلق بصناعة المحتوى المعلوماتي فقد تبين أن: أن النشر الإلكتروني حل محل النشر الورقي حيث تسعى الدار إلى اتاحة مصادر المعلومات المتاحة فيها على موقعها على الشبكة وبما يحقق سرعة الإنتاج والنشر ولتمكين أكبر عدد من الباحثين والمستفيدين للاستفادة منها دون الحاجة إلى حضورهم الشخصي. 2-تبين أن صناعة ومعالجة وتجهيز المعلومات ترتكز على النشاطات التالية: للدار دور متميز في الضبط الببليوغرافي كون الدار مصدرا للإيداع القانوني والذي يلزم مختلف المطابع والمؤلفين بإيداع نسخ من مؤلفاتهم كذلك إصدار الببليوغرافيا الوطنية العراقية والتي تحصر النتاج الفكري العراقي الصادر بمختلف لغاته. أما اهم التوصيات التي خرج بها البحث نذكر منها :1. ضرورة الدعم المادي والمعنوي من قبل القطاعين الحكومي والخاص للتأليف والطباعة والنشر يشقيه (الورقي والإلكتروني) بما يؤهل الدار للنهوض بواقع الصناعة المعلوماتية. 2. تكثيف الجهود في مجال الترجمة وكذلك إمكانية تصميم برامجيات باللغة العربية وضرورة بناء برامج للترجمة الآلية والتي يمكن من خلالها تعريب المصطلحات الأجنبية مما يقود إلى إنشاء قاعدة بيانات تدعم المصطلح العربي.

The most important recommendations that came out of the research, including: 1. The need for moral and material support by the government and private sectors for composing and printing and publishing, both (paper and electronic), including qualifies for the advancement of the it industry Intensification of efforts in the field of translation as well as the possibility of designing software in Arabic and the need to build a machine translation programs and in which they can Syndication foreign terminology, leading to the creation of a database to support Arabic term.
