هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الدور الذي تمارسه الجامعات الجزائرية في التنمية المعرفية في مجالات توليد المعرفة وتنمية مجتمع المعرفة وإعداد الفرد المزود بالمعرفة المطورة. وسعت إلى التعرف على الفروق في تقييم دور الجامعات في التنمية المعرفية من وجهة نظر عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس فيها تبعا لمتغيرات الجنس والتخصص والموقع الجغرافي. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 264 عضو من أعضاء هيئة تدريس يدرسون تخصصات مختلفة في جامعات جزائرية مختلفة. وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في استبانة تقييم لدور الجامعات الجزائرية في بناء مجتمع المعرفة. اثبتت النتائج ان دور الجامعات الجزائرية تمثل في عدة جوانب وهي إرشاد الطلبة وتوجيههم نحو المعرفة. وتوفير البيانات والمعلومات بصورها المختلفة. والتطوير المهني للأفراد في التخصصات المختلفة. وتدريب الكوادر الفنية المتخصصة في مجال البحث على الترتيب. كما أكدت على أن دور الجامعات الجزائرية في إعداد مخرجات لاكتساب المعرفة كان قويا جدا في تسهيل مشاركة المدرسين في الندوات والمؤتمرات. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة إجراء المزيد من الدراسات الميدانية والنظرية في هذا المجال. من أجل تزويد الجامعات الجزائرية والمسؤولين في مؤسسات التعليم العالي بنتائج موضوعية وعلمية حول واقع دور هذه الجامعات في مجال التنمية البشرية والمجتمعية من جميع المجالات. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The study aimed to identify the reality of the role played by the Algerian universities in the development of knowledge in the fields of generating knowledge, developing the knowledge society and preparing the individual, who is provided with the developed knowledge. It sought to identify the differences in the evaluation of the role of the universities in the development of knowledge from the point of view of a sample of faculty members according the variables of the gender, the specialization and the geographical location. The study was based on the analytical descriptive approach. The sample of the study consisted of 264 members of the teaching staff studying the different disciplines in different Algerian universities. The tool of the study was a questionnaire to evaluate the role of the Algerian universities in building the knowledge society. The results show that the role of the Algerian universities is in many ways: guiding the students towards knowledge, provide the data and information in various forms, professional development of individuals in different disciplines, and training the specialized technical staff in the field of research respectively. The study also stressed that the role of the Algerian universities in the preparation of knowledge acquisition outcomes has been very strong in facilitating the participation of teachers in the seminars and the conferences. The study recommended the need for more field and theoretical studies in this field, in order to provide the Algerian universities and the officials in institutions of higher education with objective and scientific results on the reality of the role of these universities in the field of the human and community development in all fields.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
