|a تحتل الأسرة مكاناً هاما في الدراسات العلمية، كما يتضح ذلك من خلال الدراسات العديدة التي كانت منبعا لإظهار أهميتها، باعتبار الأسرة كمؤسسة أولية لسائر المؤسسات التنشئية الأخرى المكونة للمجتمع، وتعتبر كذلك نظام اجتماعي متكامل وظيفيا،وهي بمثابة الوسط الذي ينشا فيه الفرد ويتلقى من خلاله مبادئه وقيمه الاجتماعية التي توجه سلوكه في المجتمع، ومع كل التحديات التي تقوم بها الأسرة من اجل الرقي وفرض التماسك لأفرادها إلى أنها أصبحت تعرف العديد من المشاكل نتيجة للعولمة والتغير الاجتماعي الذي غير في كيانها، والتفكك الأسري أحد هذه المشاكل التي تعاني منها الأسرة الجزائرية بصفة خاصة ، والأسرة العربية بصفة عامة، وهذا التفكك الأسري يداهم الأسر الجزائرية ليفكك كل الروابط القائمة بداخلها، خاصة الرابطة الموجودة بين الزوج وزوجته ، وبين الأبناء وآبائهم وهذا الموضوع نحن بصدد دراسته للتعرف على أسباب حدوثه والعوامل المساعدة في ظهوره في الأسرة الجزائرية، وفي الأخير نتساءل : هل للتفكك الأسري علاقة في انحراف الأحداث؟

|f The family occupies an important place within scientific studies just as has been made clear by the many studies which act as a source to manifest its importance. That is by considering the family to be equivalent to the primary institution for all of the other remaining institutions which compose the society. It is also considered to be a fully integrated and functional social system. It is equivalent to the medium in which the individual arises and develops and through which he receives his social principles and values which direct his conduct within the society. With all of the challenges which the family engages in for the sake of advancement and the imposition of cohesiveness for its members, it has nevertheless come to know a number of problems as a result of globalization and social change which altered its constitutional nature. The breakup of the family is one of the problems which the Algerian family in specific suffers from and the Arab family in general. This family breakup descends upon the Algerian families to break apart all of the existing ties within them and particularly the ties existing between the husband and wife and between the children and their parents. This is the subject which we are concerned to study in order to become acquainted with the causes of its occurrence and the factors which assist its appearance within the Algerian family. Ultimately, we question: Does the family breakup have a relationship to juvenile delinquency?\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
