استهدف البحث التعرف على الحراك العربي من خلال سراب الثورة وواقع اللاثورة. وتناول البحث الحديث عن أربعة ملاحظات منهجية. الملاحظة الأولي تتعلق بالإشكال المفهومي لظاهرة الحراك العربي. والملاحظة الثانية تتصل بمدي ملاءمة مصطلح الربيع العربي للتعبير عن ظاهرة الانتفاضات العربية. وتناولت الملاحظة الثالثة الرصد الدقيق لمجريات الأحداث في أقطار الربيع العربي. وناقشت الملاحظة الرابعة ضرورة التمييز بين الأقطار العربية. كما أوضح البحث التمييز بين دول الثورات الشعبية الجارفة من جانب ودول الاحتجاجات الجانبية المحدودة من جانب أخر. وناقش البحث ملابسات الربيع العربى ودلالات الربيع العربي. وتطرق البحث الى التحديات المحدقة والرهانات الواعدة لحدث الربيع العربي. وتوصل البحث الى أن ارتقاء الربيع العربي من مستوي الاستقطابات الهجينة المذهبية والأيديولوجية والطائفية إلى مستوى التقاطبات الديمقراطية والالتحامات النهضوية قد يعد نموذجاً ثورياً مستجداً. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The research aimed to identify the Arab movement through the mirage of revolution and the reality of the non-revolution. The research dealt with four methodical observations. The initial observation relates to the conceptual problem of the phenomenon of the Arab mobility. The second observation concerns the appropriateness of the Arabic spring term to express the phenomenon of the Arab uprisings. The third observation deals with the close monitoring of events in the Arab Spring. The fourth observation discussed the need to distinguish among the Arab countries. The research also highlighted the distinction between the countries of the sweeping popular revolutions from one side and the States of the side-limited protests from the other. The research also discussed the circumstances of the Arab Spring and the indications of the Arab Spring. Furthermore, it tackled the challenges and promising ventures of the Arab spring event. The research concluded that the rise of the Arab Spring from the combination level of sectarian, ideological, and doctrinal polarization to the democratic polarity level and the renaissance consolidation might represent a new revolutionary model.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
