المستخلص: ترك السلطان عبدالحميد الثاني بصماته على أخاديد الزمان وعلى خارطة المشرق العربي الخاضع للسيطرة العثمانية أنذاك، لكونة أهم شخصية أسلامية غير عربية واجهت الخطر الصهيوني ومحاولاتهم الأستيطانية في مشرق الوطن العربي، على الرغم من صعوبة الظروف التي كانت تمر بها الدولة العثمانية داخليا وخارجيا، بما فيها من أطماع اقتسامها بين الاوربين ولذا سموها بالرجل المريض. وبحثنا الموسوم عبدالحميد الثاني والإستيطان الصهيوني في الولايات العربية من مشرق الوطن العربي، مناطق الاختيار للإستيطان، فلسطين والعراق، يتكون من ثلاثة مباحث وفي كل مبحث عدة محاور، فالمبحث الأول فيه ثلاث محاور، تكلمنا فيه عن السلطان عبدالحميد الثاني واليهود الصهاينة والماسونية، تضمن المحور الأول لمحة تاريخية والثاني كان عن اليهود الصهاينة والسلطان عبدالحميد ورفض مشاريعهم ثم تأمرهم عليه، أما المحور الثالث فكان عن محاولات هجرة اليهود الصهاينة التي فلسطين وتصدي السلطان لهم. وفي المبحث الثاني والذي فيه محورين، ذكرنا في هذا المبحث المحاولات الصهيونية للاستيطان في العراق في المحوره الأول منه، أما المحور الثاني فكان عن موقف العراقيين من تلك المحاولات الصهيونية وما هو ردهم عليها. أما المبحث الثالث والذي تكلمنا فيه عن موقف السلطان من محاولات الصهاينة وزعمائهم (هرتزل أنوذجا)، فكان محورة الأول عن المواقف المبدئية للسلطان، والثاني تكلمنا فيه عن الاجراءات التي اتخذها السلطان عبدالحميد الثاني لتدارك ذلك الخطر الصهيوني، ثم الاستنتاجات وقائمة المصادر.
