هدف المقال الكشف عن الدعوة نحو تجديد المقاطعة الفلسطينية لمنتجات المستوطنات. وتناول المقال الاستحقاقات والواجبات الممكنة والمترتبة على احتمال فشل المفاوضات الفلسطينية الإسرائيلية. وكذلك جهود وأفكار ومقترحات وزير الخارجية الأمريكية، التي على ما يبدو تسير في اتجاه الباب المغلق والطريق المسدود. وأشار المقال إلى واجب تجديد المقاطعة الفلسطينية لمنتجات المستوطنات والتي قد تمتد لمقاطعة البضائع والسلع الإسرائيلية التي يمكن الاستغناء عنها بمنتجات وطنية أو أجنبية، حيث تزداد أهمية هذا الموضوع مع بدء تنفيذ التعليمات الأوربية بالمقاطعة، واتخاذ العديد من الشركات والجامعات وجهات متعددة أخري قرارات بالمقاطعة، وظهور مؤشرات تدل على احتمال مرجح بتوسيع أشكال المقاطعة الدولية ما بعد 29 أبريل القادم وهو تاريخ الفترة المتفق عليها للتفاوض وإنجاز التسوية لتأخذ أشكالا أوسع. واختتم المقال بضرورة الانخراط في حملة وطنية عارمة من جميع فئات الشعوب والمنظمات الوطنية والإسلامية والشعبية والنقابية والمهنية لإسناد صمود القيادة الفلسطينية تجاه الاحتلال. والعمل على الانضمام مجدداً لحملة وطنية لمقاطعة كافة منتجات المستوطنات والسلع والمنتجات الإسرائيلية التي يمكن الاستغناء عنها وتوفير بدائلها وطنياً أو من السلع الأجنبية. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The article aimed to reveal the call for the renewal of the Palestinian boycott of the settlement products. It dealt with the possible benefits and duties stemming from the possibility of the failure of the Palestinian-Israeli negotiations. It tackled as well the efforts, ideas and suggestions of the US Secretary of State, which seems to be moving towards a closed door and impasse. The article also pointed to the duty of renewing the Palestinian boycott of settlement products, which may extend to the boycott of goods and Israeli products that can be dispensed with national or foreign products. The importance of this issue increases with the implementation of the European directives of boycotting, many companies, universities and other multi-stakeholders decisions of boycotting, and the emergence of indications of a likely probability of expanding the forms of the international boycott after the next April 29; the date of the agreed period for negotiations and the completion of the settlement so as to take a broader forms. The article concluded by the necessity of engaging in a national campaign of all kinds of peoples and national, Islamic, popular, trade union and professional organizations to support the steadfastness of the Palestinian leadership towards the occupation. It necessitated as well working to re-join a national campaign to boycott all settlement products, Israeli goods and products that can be dispensed with, and providing their alternatives nationally or supplying from foreign goods.
