هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن المستوطنات الصهيونية في مرآة الصحافة العربية في بلاد الشام ومصر في الفترة من 1909 إلى 1914. حيث تناولت وصف لحكومة يهودية ضمن حكومة عثمانية. وأشارت إلى أن القضية الفلسطينية وما نتج عنها لم تنشأ من صراع عربي صهيوني مع إعلان الصهيونيين قيام دولة إسرائيل على الأراضي الفلسطينية في الخامس عشر من شهر أيار(مايو) من عام 1948. وإنما لهذه القضية جذورها التاريخية التي تعود إلى النصف الثاني من القرن التاسع عشر. حيث بدأت تظهر أولى المستوطنات اليهودية في فلسطين لكن هذا النشاط الاستيطاني الأولي بقي ضمن الجهود الخيرية لبعض المتمولين اليهود. واستندت الدراسة على إيضاح الإشكاليات التالية التي تشكل واحة من أشكال الخطر الصهيوني الذي تجسد على فلسطين وهو استقلال المستوطنات اليهودية شبه الذاتي في فلسطين وتحولها إلى حكومة يهودية ضمن حكومة عثمانية واجراءات الاستيطان اليهودي في فلسطين والمستوطنات الصهيونية كوجه حضاري في مجتمع متخلف. كما ظل اليهود مضطهدين معتزلين لا يؤذن لهم بالإقامة مع سائر الطوائف في حي واحد، والبنية التنظيمية المدنية والعسكرية والقضائية والاقتصادية للمستوطنات الصهيونية، واحتجاج الشبيبة اليافية على حكومة يهودية ضمن حكومة عثمانية. وجاءت النتائج مؤكدة على انه في ظل كل تأكيدات بعض الصحف العربية على ولاء الصهيونيين للسلطنة العثمانية وتمسكهم بوحدتها استمر النشاط الصهيوني الساعي لصهينة فلسطين في التقدم والانتشار فكان ذلك دليلا ملموسا على عدم صدقية الصهيونيين في ادعاءاتهم ودافعا لبعض الصحف العربية للاستمرار في التحذير من الأطماع الصهيونية عبر كشفها النشاطات الصهيونية الأخرى المختلفة في فلسطين وتوضيح خطرها. كما ظهر بوضوح ان الصحافة العربية قد وعت أبعاد تجنس الصهيونية بالجنسية العثمانية وخطورتها على عروبة فلسطين وحذرت منها أما الدعاية الصهيونية بشكل عام فكان يهمها تسليط الضوء على كل ما يمكن ان يؤكد ولاء اليهود للسلطنة العثمانية، بل اعتمدت في ذلك على التضخيم والمبالغة أحيانا. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The current study aimed to reveal the Zionist settlements in the mirror of the Arab press in the Levant and Egypt during the period from 1909 to 1914. It dealt with the description of a Jewish government within the Ottoman government. It pointed out that the Palestinian cause and its results did not arise from the Arab-Zionist conflict with the Zionists declaration about the establishment of the State of Israel on the Palestinian territories on the fifteenth of May, 1948. This issue has however its historical roots dating back to the second half of the nineteenth century. The first Jewish settlements began to appear in Palestine, but this initial settlement activity remained part of the charitable efforts of some Jewish financiers. The study was based on clarifying the following problems that constitute an oasis of the Zionist danger that was manifested on Palestine, namely the independence of the semi-autonomous Jewish settlements in Palestine and its transformation into a Jewish government within an Ottoman government, the Jewish settlements in Palestine and the Zionist settlements as a cultural aspect in an underdeveloped society. The Jews also remained oppressed and were not allowed to live with other communities in one neighborhood, the civil, military, judicial and economic structure of the Zionist settlements, and the Yafia youth protest against a Jewish government within an Ottoman government. The results confirmed that in light of all the assurances of some Arab newspapers on the loyalty of the Zionists to the Ottoman Empire and their adherence to its unity the Zionist activity seeking Zionism continued to progressing and spreading. That was a tangible evidence of the Zionists invalidity in their claims and a motivation to some Arab newspapers to continue warning from the Zionist ambitions through detecting other Zionist activities in Palestine and clarifying their danger. It also became clear that the Arab press has realized the dimensions of the naturalization of Zionism with the Ottoman nationality and its seriousness to the Arabism of Palestine and warned them of it. The Zionist propaganda in general was interested in highlighting everything that can confirm the loyalty of Jews to the Ottoman Empire; it even at times relied on exaggeration and overstatemation sometimes.
