المستخلص: هدف المقال الحالي إلى الكشف عن أسباب وتداعيات العدوان الحربي الإسرائيلي على قطاع غزة. حيث أشار إلى ان العدوان الإسرائيلي الأخير على قطاع غزة الذي بدأ في الثامن من يوليو 2014 واصطلح على تسميته إسرائيليا بالجرف الصامد وهو المسمى المقتبس من الكتاب المقدس ليحمل معني التطهر والصمود. يعد العدوان الثالث علي القطاع خلال السنوات الخمس الماضية. كما انه يعتبر العدوان الأخطر من حيث الأهداف والطموحات الإسرائيلية. كما تناول أبرز الإحصاءات البشرية والاقتصادية وتركز على أهم المواقف الإقليمية والدولية من العدوان. والموقف الوحدوي الفلسطيني والذي تمثل في تشكيل وفد فلسطيني موحد للقاء القيادة المصرية وعرض المطالب الفلسطينية لإجراء مفاوضات غير مباشرة مع إسرائيل برعاية مصرية بغرض تثبيت وقف إطلاق النار وتلبية الشروط الفلسطينية.واستند المقال على المحاور التالية، مقدمات العدوان الإسرائيلي وأثار العدوان، واستهداف الممتلكات والأعيان المدنية وهدم وتدمير المنازل والمباني السكنية، واستهداف القطاع الصحي وقطاع التربية والتعليم والبنية الاقتصادية والأساسية للخدمات. ووحدة الموقف الفلسطيني. وجاءت النتائج مؤكدة على أن ثمة حاجة إلى التخلص من الحسابات الفصائلية والفئوية وبالتالي توحيد الخطاب السياسي الفلسطيني والاتفاق على إستراتيجية موحدة والبدء في إجراءات تشييد مؤسسات وطنية جامعة تبدأ بترسيخ المسار الديمقراطي والمحافظة على المنجز منه في إطار استراتيجية وطنية متكاملة لإعادة بناء مؤسسات الحركة الوطنية الفلسطينية علي أسس تمثيلية بما يجسد وحدة نضاله وما يمكنه فعليا من ممارسة حقه في تقرير المصير. كما ان الأوضاع الراهنة تستدعي الإنهاء الفعلي لحالة الانقسام وتوحيد النظام السياسي الفلسطيني والبدء في شراكة وطنية حقيقية تؤسس لمرحلة جديدة يكون عنوانها إعادة الاعتبار للنظام السياسي الفلسطيني وتغليب المصلحة الوطنية على المصالح الحزبية وعدم الإرتهان للتقلبات السياسية والتطورات التي يشهدها الإقليم لاسيما في ظل الإدراك بأن استمرار حالة الانقسام سوف تنتج تداعيات سلبية ليس فقط علي مستوى العلاقات الفلسطينية الفلسطينية وإنما علي مستوي المشروع الوطني الفلسطيني الشامل الذي يمكن من رسم ملامح المستقبل الفلسطيني ومستقبل الدولة الفلسطينية العتيدة.

The objective of this article is to uncover the causes and consequences of the Israeli military aggression on the Gaza Strip. The results are certain that there is a need to get rid of the factional and sectarian calculations and thus unite the Palestinian political discourse and agree on a unified strategy. Start the procedures of building national institutions that begin to consolidate the democratic process and maintain the achievements within the framework of an integrated national strategy to rebuild the institutions of the Palestinian National Movement on the basis of Representative of what embodies the unity of its struggle and what effectively empowers it to exercise its right to self-determination. The current situation calls for an effective end to the state of division and the unification of the Palestinian political system and the beginning of a genuine national partnership that will establish a new stage. That stage focuses on the rehabilitation of the Palestinian political system and the preference of the national on partisan interests and independence from political fluctuations and developments in the region. Especially in light of realizing that the continued state of division will produce negative repercussions, not only at the level of the Palestinian-Palestinian relations, but also on the level of the comprehensive Palestinian national project, which enables the shaping of the future of the Palestinian project and the future of Palestinian state. .
