The problems of African woman & solution is being very important issue in deferent scientific researches, & deeper pragmatic effect in life, according to recent changes & development that destroyed concept, custom & tradition that were spread among societies, but affected the cosmos & nature fact, especially which related to gender & what connected to such social role & function. The scholar concentrates on African woman who suffers from psychiatric, social, ecology pressures more than other, all that is under shadow of literacy, disease & poorness, enclosed with injustice deal among Muslim societies. The scholar tackled challenge encounters African woman especially Muslim, which considered as a great danger, that targeted her character & nature, & the moral of societies too, through woman issue, in order to serve a civilization agenda, depend on free a woman, saving her rights & gender equality which called for wrong concepts, that contradicted with cosmos law, & also ignore variety in creation of man & woman. This thesis proves all what mentioned about this issue were conflict with common sense & current eyewitness, while life organized by cosmic law that represents by relationship between each one according to the characteristic, including mankind, animals, plants creation. The marriage of all dimensions is not conflicting between the two parties, it just preparatory procedures for them to play their complete role in stability of mankind & protect human being distinct. The equality between man & woman, will hurt a woman only The scholar ensured that a woman today is suffering from unfair defending affected all life edges negatively, as woman is efficient existing member, they want her because of the freedom, rights, & equality to be factor of societies & civil destroyer, so the wrong concepts against woman either previously or recently, leaded to suffer more during this epoch. The strong fundamental of mankind behavior organizing & social relationship, are the cosmos law & correct congenital supports. As wrong concepts produce wrong behavior
