اعتدنا أن نسمي كل موقف تعليمي يحتاج إلى دراسة وبحث مشكلة، وتأسيسا على هذا يمكننا أن نسمي الضبط مشكلة، وأن وراء هذه المشكلة عوامل عديدة لعل من بينها المدرس الذي يعد العمود الفقري في كل إصلاح، على أن إصلاحه يتطلب تشخيص مواطن ضعفه بغية علاجها أو وقايته منها، وهو ما دفع الباحث إلى إجراء هذه الدراسة معتمدا التقويم بوصفه خير وسيلة لذلك. بلغت عينة الدراسة (32) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة الصف الرابع قسم اللغة العربية في كلية التربية جامعة بابل، وكانت الأداة اختبارا تحصيليا مكونا من نص شعري، وأخر نثري تضبط كل مفردة فيه إعرابا وبناء. أسفرت النتائج عن انخفاض مستوى الطلبة في الضبط إذ انحصرت نسب الأغلاط بين (8.85%) و(96.87%) في النحو (الإعراب) و(21.87%) و(96.87%) في الصرف (البنية). خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات، تمركزت التوصيات في اعتماد طرائق وأساليب حديثة في تدريس الطلبة وفي تقويمهم، وتفعيل استعمال اللغة العربية الفصيحة، وإدخال مادة الطرائق والأساليب التدريسية الحديثة في الدراسات العليا. أما المقترحات فمنها إجراء دراسة تتبعية لطلبة أقسام اللغة العربية في كليات التربية في ضبط النصوص لمعرفة مدى التقدم الحاصل في ذلك.
We are used to calling every educational attitude which needs studying and investigation a problem. Accordingly, we can call the process of tackling parsing and morphological structures of texts accurately a problem. This problem is due to various factors, among which is the teacher who is considered the cornerstone in every development. To reform the teacher is to identify his weak points to treat them and to protect him from them. This urges the researcher to tackle this study depending on evaluation as it is the best means for this. The sample of the study is 32 students (male and Female) fourth year. Department of Arabic , College of Education , University of Babylon. The diagnostic test consists of a verse (poetic) text and another prose one in which each item should be read correctly. The results show a low percentage in the subjects, performance. The incorrect responses range between 8.85 and 96.87 in parsing and 21.87-96.87 in morphology. The study sums up with a number of recommendations and suggestions. The former focus on using new methods and techniques in teaching students and evaluating them, activating the use of the standard Arabic language, and including the modern teaching strategies and methods in the higher studies courses. The latter require, among others, another consecution study for students of Arabic Language Dapartment in Colleges of Education in tackling such texts accurately to know the progress achieved in this respect
