شهدت السنوات الأخيرة مرحلة الاندماج والتكامل بين تكنولوجيا الاتصال والمعلومات، وقد آثار ذلك التطور المذهل مجموعة تحديات أبرزها تنامى استخدام تقنيات الاتصال الإلكتروني وظهر جيل جديد يتفاعل مع الإعلام الإلكتروني يسمى بالجيل الشبكي أو جيل الإنترنت، وامتزج الاتصال الذاتي والشخصي والجمعي والجماهيري في بيئة واحدة أعادت تشكيل الحياة الاجتماعية والاتصالية للفرد، وساهمت في التأثير على منظومة القيم والأخلاق التي تكون سلوك الفرد. وانطلاقا مما سبق فقد تركزت المشكلة البحثية في رصد وتحليل طبيعة تأثير المواقع الاجتماعية على النسق القيمي الأخلاقي للشباب السعودي، وسعت للكشف عن أسلوب تعامل الشباب السعودي مع الواقع الافتراضي لتلك الشبكات، بالتطبيق على عينة قوامها (600) مفردة من الشباب الجامعي، باستخدام نظرية المجال العام، ومدخل التلقي. وقد أثبتت النتائج أن مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي استطاعت أن تخلق مجالا عاما احدث للشباب تأثيرا على النسق القيمي الأخلاقي لديهم، وأكدت الدراسة انه كلما زاد استخدام الشباب لشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي زادت التأثيرات المعرفية والوجدانية والسلوكية، وأوصت بضرورة الانتباه لخطورة تأثير وسائل الإعلام الإلكترونية بإجراء المزيد من الأبحاث، خاصة وان التوقعات المستقبلية تؤكد استمرار استخدامها والاعتماد عليها، وضرورة تكثيف الدراسات النظرية والميدانية لرصد ظاهرة إدمان الإنترنت ومعرفة مدى انتشارها في المجتمع وآثارها على الشباب بشكل خاص في نسقهم الأخلاقي وحياتهم الأسرية.

Based on the foregoing has focused research problem in monitoring and analyzing the nature of the impact of social networking sites on the Layout moral ethical for Saudi youth, and sought to uncover the handling of young Saudis with virtual reality for those networks, applied on a sample of (600) single young university, using the theory of the public sphere, and the entrance to receive. The results demonstrated that social networking sites were able to create a public sphere latest youth influence on the pattern moral ethics they have, and the study confirmed that the more the use of young people to social networks has increased the effects of cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and recommended that attention to the seriousness of the impact of electronic media to conduct more research, especially since the outlook confirms the continued use and reliable, and the need to intensify the theoretical and field studies to monitor the phenomenon of Internet addiction and to know the extent of its spread in the community and its effects on young people, particularly in moral and family lives.
