The study aimed to identify the Open Sources Journalism, and the level of confidence in the leaked documents via Wikileaks on the issue of freedom of the press and freedom of access to information. On one hand, and taking into account the mechanisms to get the news and the extent of commitment to professional standards and codes of media conduct, which have to be reached to study a number of these results, including: The Open Press source refers to the quality of journalism and is based on the participation of electronic publishing, and on the participation of the public in the production of articles that were available on the networks. The study concluded that the Open Press Sources face a number of challenges, most notably the challenge of the level of confidence in their readers, and that Wikileaks despite qualifying to run for a Nobel Peace Prize in the year 2010 has had to be held accountable for the way they get their information, which raises many questions about the extent of compliance with professional standards and codes of conduct that criminalize media to obtain information illegally.
