المستخلص: The late President " John Kennedy " aimed - as a policy - during his reign ( 1961 - 1963 ) to introduce Some radical changes on the internal and external policies of the American United States , to Support its Center of the global field in all different political , Military and Scientific fields to preponderate on the Soviete Union , he Concerned with the expansion of the United States till the Middle East for what it has of importance in both the economic and gio strategical sides and according to That , he tried to work on arranging the Situations of the area to Suit and achieve her benefits and tried to have a Solution to those of the area , especially , the Palestinian refugees and to delimit the armament race between Arabs and Israel and Stop the Israeli atomic action in Diamona atomic pile , this what made us tackling in because it represents a very important stage of Arab and American history and due to the late president Kennedy " represented the more immoderate and developed stage in the American - Arabic relation ship which has never ever seen before , this what made the Israelis were worried and tried in many different ways to stop these relation ships because it harms their benefits as they said and because Kennedy tried to delimit their power , expansion and armament , they tried to push down on him through the American congress and they Succeeded to finish up this relation ship , Finally , Kennedy was on their side . The Study consisting of Tackling in the problem of the Palestinian refugees and Kennedy's try to have some Solutions for that problem to please all the parties but he failed in this , while the Second case was the atomic action in Diamona Israeli atomic pile where Kennedy , tried to stop this action but he failed also to do so , because Israelis were able to deceive him easily about having the atomic action or power \
