المستخلص: It was known that serfdom was ancient as the oldness of human being on earth . It did so since the strong and weak human is existed . the strong one used the weak for his benefits and doing his hard work. When Islam took place, the serfdom was popular in the society. Islam tried to restrict this phenomenon, by encouraging people to release slaves and to be as penance of breaking one' oath, breaking the fast intentionally in Ramadan month, or killing someone by mistake (or erroneously) etc. Even Islam made the charity money as a price to release slaves. Holey Koran and the prophetic told people to be good behavior with slaves. Most of them are war arrestors, from tributes of the countries, or from slaves trading as in Abase era. Slaves came from different world nations, one of them were Negros. They were stage a huge revolution against Abase caliphate, known as negro revolution at (255-270 A.H/ 868-883 A.D). According to this , it may concerned the importance of studying the relation situation of Islam from slaves, whom represent in early matter the ground base of Islam society . Islam generosity made the truck slaves as a distinguish army that became top degree in this society \
