The researcher used the descriptive method and the subjects were the Sudanese top league football players, season (2012), whose total number is 12 players. Important results include that: There were injuries related to the knee joint and its ligaments, the menisci and the patella. Important recommendations include: More care and attention should be taken to the good, suitable exercises and training. Making proper, standard fields.
