موضوع هذه الدراسة هو منهجية تقعيد العلوم الإسلامية تعرض فيه الباحثان لنشأة العلوم الإسلامية، ودواعيها، ومنطلقات تأسيسها، مع بيان مفهوم التقعيد، ودواعيه الباعثة إليه، ومصادره التي استمد منها، والخطوات المنهجية التي اتبعها علماء الإسلام في إجرائه، مع الإشارة إلى ما أسفرت عنه تلك الخطوات من ضوابط، وقواعد. واتبع الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التاريخي التحليلي، مع إفادتهم منبقية المناهج فيما دعت إليه الضرورة، وكان لهذا البحث أهدافه التي سعى لإبرازها التي من أهمها: 1- بيان دواعي نشأة العلوم الإسلامية ومنطلقات تأسيسها. 2- الإشارة إلى أثر تقعيد العلو مالإسلامية في ضبط علوم الأوائل التي ترجمت إلى العربية. ومن أهم ما أسفر عنه هذا البحث من نتائج: 1- تقعيد العلوم الإسلامية جرى على منهجية علمية نتجت عن فكر، وتفكير وتنظيم وتخطيط، وعمل وتطبيق، اتكأ على بنية علمية قوامها الجمع والوصف والاستقراء، ثم التحليل، والتقنين، ثم التفسير. 2- معظم القواعد في العلوم الإسلامية مبنية على الوصف والاستقراء، وهي غير قابلة للتغيير؛ لارتباطها بالقرآن الكريم، والسنة المطهرة
This study is a systematic codification of Islamic Sciences, the researchers have dealt with the emergence of Islamic Sciences, and reasons, and platforms established, with a statement concept Altqaid, and motive emitting it, and sources which are derived from, and Methodology steps followed by the scholars of Islam in the vote, with reference to what has resulted from those steps of the controls, and rules. The researchers follow descriptive historical analytical approach, with their evidence of the rest of the methods called for necessary, and it was for these search objects, which sought to be highlighted, that perhaps the most important: 1- Statement of the reasons for the emergence of Islamic sciences and established premises. 2- Reference to impact codification Science Islamic adjusts top science that has been translated into Arabic. The most important outcome of the search results: 1. Codification of Islamic sciences were on a scientific methodology resulted is codification from the thought, and think, and organization and planning, work and application, leaned on a strong scientific structure combining description and introspective, then analysis, rationing, and interpretation. 2. Most of the rules in Islamic sciences based on the description and extrapolation, which is not subject to change; because were linked to the Holy Quran and the Sunna.
