الحمد لله تعالى رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على أشرف الأنبياء والمرسلين، وعلى آلة وصحبه أجمعين. وبعد:- فإن (علم أصول الفقه) قاعدة الشرع، والأصل الذي يرد إليه كل فرع، ازدوج فيه العقل والسمع، واصطحب فيه الرأي والشرع، فأخذ من صفو الشرع والعقل سواء السبيل، فلا هو تصرف بمحض العقول الذي لا يتلقاه الشرع بالقبول، ولا هو مبني على محض التقليد الذي لا يشهد له العقل بالتسديد والتأييد. وهو علم يقوم على كثير من (مفهومات الشريعة ومقاصدها)، و(القواعد اللغوية)، و(المبادئ المنطقية). يربط النتائج بالمقدمات، ويبحث عن علل الأحكام، ويتدرج في عرض المصادر بحسب قوتها الشرعية، ويتناول الدلالات، والمباحث اللغوية بترتيب منطقي وسياق عقلي. والذي يعنينا في هذا المقام (موضوع الدلالات) الذي كشفنا عنه النقاب في بحثنا هذا بأسلوب نخال أنه لم يسبق إليه – على حد علمنا – والله تعالى وحده الفضل والمنة. تحدثنا فيه عن (الدلالات) من حيث ماهيتها، ونشأتها، وعلاقتها بعلم (أصول الفقه) وأقسامها، مع إخراجه بأسلوب سهل بليغ، وثوب جديد قشيب يجمع بين محصول المتقدمين، ومستصفى اللاحقين، بحيث يجد فيه العالم مبتغاه، والمبتدئ مطلبه ومنتهاه إن شاء الله تعالى.
Praise be to Allah the Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings be upon His Prophets and Messengers, and upon their families and companions. (Usul al figh science) the base of al - Sharia, and the basic principle which every branch turn back to it. In this science both the mind and hearing are multiplied together. So it took the proper way of the purity of Sharia and the mind. It is not the matter of their own free minds which al - Shara doesn’t acceptably receive, nor is it purely based on tradition which mind does not support. It is also the science which is based on the Sharia’s concept and purposes, grammar, and many logical principles. It can link results to introductions, and it can also look for flaws for judgments. It ranges in presenting the resources according to its legality strength, dealing with semantics, and Investigations of linguistics of the most important studies in a logical order and the context of my mind. What concerns us in this research is "the subject of semantics" which we discussed (or uncovered its Niqab) in a unique way, I think. Great thanks and gratitude only to Allah. We have talked about "semantics" according to its definition, growth, its relationship with (Usul al figh science), and it is written in an eloquent and easy way. This study is like a new dress which combines the originality and the modem methods; so that the scientist might find his desire and the beginner his demands and maximum value, God willing.
