هذه الورقة دراسة تحليلية تبرز أثر الصراعات القبلية على البناء الاجتماعي وتهدف إلى إظهار دور الصراعات ومسبباتها وما ينتج عنها من آثار على النظم الاجتماعية في دارفور وما يترتب على ذلك من فشل المشروعات التنموية المستدامة وتهديد التكوين الاجتماعي في المنطقة وطرحت الورقة أسئلة أساسية عن الدور الذي تلعبه الصراعات في أضعاف البناء الاجتماعي للدولة، وقام الباحث بعكس أهمية الدراسة التي توضح المشكلة لأهميتها بالنسبة للدولة التي تعطي اهتمامًا لحل جذور المشكلة. اعتمدت الدراسة على تتبع ظاهرة الصراعات وتطورها والإفرازات الناجمة عن غياب النظم الاجتماعي ووسائل الضبط الاجتماعي وأثرها على تطور الصراع القبلي والعرقي. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن التعصب القبلي واللا تجانس والتباين الثقافي ونزعة الهيمنة والسيطرة على السلطة والثروة والموارد أسهمت بصورة مباشرة في تأجيج الصراع، وإن الصراع تطور بسبب موقف الصفوة والقيادات وانتشار السلاح وتنوعه وظهور المعادن وتبني أيدولوجيات جديدة واستقطاب الحركات المسلحة والتدخل الخارجي مما أدى إلى وقف مشروعات التنمية وتهديد الاستقرار الاجتماعي في نطاق الإقليم والدولة. \
This paper is an analytical study which outlines the effect of tribal conflicts on the social fabric. It aims at explaining role and causes of conflicts and their repercussion on social start in Darfur which, in turn, result in failure of sustainable developmental projects and jeopardizing the social structure in the region. The paper has raised essential questions regarding the role played by tribal conflicts in weakening the importance of the study which elucidates the problem. since it is significant to the state, which pays attention to the solving of the root causes of the problem. The study relied on the detection of conflicts and their evolution, their consequences because of absence of the social structures, means of social restrain and their impact on development .of tribal and racial conflicts The study has concluded that tribal intolerance, heterogeneous, cultural disparity, domination tendency, control of wealth and power, have all directly involved in the fueling of tribal conflicts. It has also concluded that conflict has developed because of position of the elite and tribal leaders as well as proliferation and multiplicity of weapons, discover of minerals, adoption of new ideologies, polarization among rebel movements and external intervention, thus leading to cessation of development projects and putting at risk the social stability in the region. \
