في عصر العولمة اليوم يلاحظ الدارس أن الطفل العربي تتقاذفه تيارات فكرية متباينة، وتتزاحم على لسانه كلمات أجنبية مختلفة، وتتجاذبه لهجات مختلفة موروثة، تسعى إلى تمزيق كيانه الفكري والنفسي، وإلى استلابه حضاريا، كل هذه العوامل مجتمعة، وغيرها أسهمت في ضياع اللغة الأم للطفل العربي، فوسم أداؤه اللغوي والأدبي بالقصور والاضطراب، واهتزت قناعته الفكرية، تحث تأثير الدعاية الإعلامية الأجنبية المغرية والمغرضة في الوقت نفسه. تأتي هذه المداخلة لتسلط الضوء على أسباب، ومظاهر التذبذب في الشخصية اللغوية لدى الطفل العربي في ظل تيار العولمة الجارف، وتقترح الحلول التي تطمح إلى إعادة بناء هذه الشخصية بناء متماسكا في إطار القيم الوطنية والقومية، من خلال تقويم ما يقدم للطفل العربي من إنتاج أدبي عبر الكتاب المدرسي، وكذا ما تعرضه برامج الأطفال التلفزيونية، والوقوف على مدى استجاباتها لحاجاته الآتية، وتطلعاته المستقبلية، ومن ثم السعي إلى الرقي بأدب الأطفال شكلا ومضمونا.
Nouraday, in the globalization, the learner remaks that the arab child is faced to different intellectual tensances, he also uses different foreign words; and inheritated dialects which are seeking for his intellectual and psychological split, also to tokeouer his civilization. All these factors gathered and many others have contributed in the loss of the mother tougue of the arab- child. Which made of his linguistic and literary performance turbulent and imperfect, the intellectual comunictions were also affected due to the foreign seductive and tendentions propaganda in the same time. This interjection highlights the reasons and the mani- fiscation of the linguistic personality decline of the arab world under the sweeping lide of globalization as it olso suggests the solutions which aspire to nelwid coherenthy this personality with him the frame of the national and patriotic values via by an evaluation of what is given for the Arab-child as a literary production in the test book and also what show the television children programs and stard over their responses to his needs and future aspirations and them seek to sophisticate the children behawiour in from and substance.
