|b Content analysis of a sample of newspaper articles published in the course of the first semester of 1990 in the Ech chaab and El bayane newspapers, respectively the mouthpieces of the trade union and the employers organizations in Tunisia, enables us to show the social representations of work that are articulated around the following axes: \ -\ The identity of protagonists or social partners \ -\ Salary increases and productivity \ -\ Unemployment and full work \ -\ Workers’ rights and the conditions for companies prosperity \ -\ Privatisation of companies \ -\ National Unity and class solidarity \ The analysis of the results is the occasion to discuss important questions related to the theory of social representations as the relation of reciprocity between a socially situated group and the social representations that it carries, the rootedness of social representations in action and the pragmatic dimension of social representations, or still the close link between social representations and communication, since representations construct themselves in relation and interaction. \
|d L’analyse du contenu d’un échantillon d’articles de presse parus pendant le premier semestre 1990 dans les journaux Ech chaab et El bayane, qui sont respectivement les organes d’expression de l’organisation syndicale des travailleurs et de l’organisation patronale en Tunisie, permet de mettre en évidence des représentations sociales du travail articulées autour des axes suivants : \ L’identité des protagonistes ou partenaires sociaux ; \ -\ les augmentations salariales et la productivité ; \ -\ le chômage et le plein emploi ; \ -\ les droits des travailleurs et les conditions d’épanouissement des entreprises ; \ -\ la privatisation des entreprises ; \ -\ l’unité nationale et la solidarité de classe. \ L'analyse des résultats est l’occasion de discuter de questions importantes relatives à la théorie des représentations sociales comme la relation de réciprocité existant entre un groupe socialement situé et les représentations sociales dont il est porteur, l’enracinement des représentations sociales dans l’action et la dimension pragmatique des représentations sociales ou encore le lien étroit entre les représentations sociales et la communication, les représentations se construisant dans la relation et l’interaction. \
