هدف البحث إلى الاهتمام المنهجي باضطرابات سوء التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي. والتعرف على نماذج غير مصنفة من إضطرابات سوء التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي وتشخيصها. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتكونت عينة البحث من مجموعة من حالات خاضعة لعملية الارشاد. وتوصلت النتائج الى أن هناك نماذج وأنماط من السلوك ذات أعراض سلوكية مضطربة وهذه النماذج غير مصنفة طبياً في الدليل الإحصائي لجمعية الطب الأمريكية الذي تبناه البحث كنموذج من مصادر التصنيف الطبي فضلا عن التصنيفات الأخرى والإصدارات العلمية. وتتمحور هذه النماذج ضمن مجالين أولهما المجال النفسي والثاني المجال النفسي الاجتماعي. والمجال الأول لا يخلو من التأثيرات الاجتماعية. وهذه النماذج السلوكية آليات نفسية فاشلة للتوافق في المجال المهني أو الاجتماعي. كما أن معظم هذه النماذج تحصل بسبب فقدان أو ضعف الأمن النفسي للفرد بسبب البيروقراطية وضعف العدالة الاجتماعية. وهذه السلوكيات تمثل خطرا على الشخصية كحالة الإدمان. وهذه الاضطرابات تلاقي النبذ والرفض من قبل الاخرين مقارنة بالاضطرابات العصابية كالفوبيا التي يتعامل معها الآخرون بالتعاطف. كما أن بعض اضطرابات سوء التوافق ذات تأثيرات سلبية على العمل كالرياء والغيرة والنفاق وبعضها يعوق الفرد نفسه. والالتزام بالقيم عامل مؤثر في تحجيم بعض الاضطرابات أو زيادتها. وتبني البحث توجها منهجيا ارشاديا لإمكانية مساندة المسترشدين قائم على تقوية الإدارة والشعور ومساعدتهم على تبني رؤي معرفية لمحاولة التوافق مع عناصر الموقف الذي يعيشونه. وتمكينهم من تحديد أهدافهم وسبل الوصول اليها بأساليب سلوكية مناسبة ومقبولة. وأوصى البحث بإعداد دراسات موسعة لهذه لنماذج سوء التوافق. والدعوة الي تشخيصها وتصنيفها ودراسة آثارها على الفرد. ودراسة اضطرابات سوء التوافق ذات الأعرض العدوانية وآثارها على الآخرين.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018

 
The aim of the research is to pay attention to systematic disorders of mental and social incompatibility, identify and diagnose unclassified models of psychosocial disorders. The descriptive analytical approach was used. The research sample consisted of a group of cases subject to the guiding process. The results found that there are models and patterns of behavior with disorder behavior symptoms. These models are not medically classified in the American Medical Association's statistical index, which research adopted as a model of medical classification besides other classifications and scientific publications. These models are concentrated in two areas, the first of which is psychological and the other is psychosocial. The first area is not free of social influences. These behavioral models are failure psychological mechanisms for professional or social compatibility. Most of these models are due to the loss or weakness of the individual's psychological security due to bureaucracy and lack of social justice. These behaviors represent a danger to the personality as in addiction. These disorders are met by rejection and refusal by others compared to neurotic disorders such as phobia, which others treat with sympathy. Some misbehavior disorders also have negative effects on work such as duplicity, jealousy and hypocrisy, and some of them impede the individual himself. Commitment to values is an effective factor in curbing or increasing some disturbances. The research adopts a systematic approach to the possibility of supporting the subjects based on strengthening the will, the feeling and helping them adopt cognitive visions to try to agree with the elements of the situation they are living in addition to enabling them to define their goals and access to them by appropriate and acceptable behavior. The study recommended the preparation of extensive studies of these models of poor compatibility and call for diagnosis, classification and study of their effects on the individual.
