المستخلص:	What is the effect of the modernism on the peasant culture in the south of Tunisia ? This is precisely the main issue that this paper tries to answer. All this work focuses on the construction and the constitution of the different uses of the peasant culture. In the other word, this inquiry tries to have a look and to understand the reinvention process of archaism and folklore in the southern peasant areas in Tunisia in particular and in the Maghribian ones in general.
