In this article, after a recall of the history of the T.G.R.A., a test assessing the ability to Manage Attentional Resources, and a presentation of the results obtained with the paper-pencil version, the authors present the test in its computerized version. In the second part, they develop the results of a convergent validation of the test carried out near a sample of a hundred Tunisian students. These students, selected according to definite criteria's, passed the T.G.R.A. and a certain number of cognitive and conative tests a priori selected for their hypothetical relations with the management of attentional resources and its psychometric expression in terms of attentional quotient. We thus validate a nomologic network which shows the close links which bind attentional processes with cognitive and conative processes. The study ends by a differential exploration of the data according to the subjects sample characteristics.
