|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى مجالات تطوير الإدارة الجامعية، بالإضافة إلى الكشف عن: أهمية التدريب الإداري للقيادات الجامعية في فلسطين، وتفعيل دورها لتكون قـادرة علـى مسايرة التقدم العلمي، التكنولوجي للنهوض بالجامعات، وتطويرها، واسـتخدم الباحـث المـنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمناسبته لمثل هذه الدراسات، وأجابت الدراسة عن التساؤلات التي وضعت ، هي: \ 1.\ ما أهم مجالات التطوير لإدارة الجامعة ؟ \ 2.\ ما أهمية التدريب الإداري؟ \ 3.\ ما البرنامج التدريبي المقترح لتدريب القيادات الجامعية ؟ \ وخلص الباحث: إلى اقتراح برنامج لتدريب القيادات الجامعية الفلسطينية، بعد أن بين مجالات التطوير، وأهمية التدريب الإداري.
|b The study aimed at acknowledgement of aspects of developing university administration to reveal the importance of university leadership training in Palestine and to make a recreation for its role in keeping pace with scientific and technological development to improve and develop universities. The researcher has implemented the analytical descriptive method in this research. The research has answered the following questions: \ 1-\ What are the most important aspects to administrate the university. \ 2.\ What is the importance of administrative training. \ 3.\ What is the schedual suggested for training university leadership. \ The research has concluded by introducing a training program for Palestine university leaders after clarifying aspects of developments and the importance of administration development.
