|a تعد مسألة الأراضي الغابية والأحراش من المواضيع الهامة التي حظيت باهتمام السلط الاستعمارية منذ السنوات الأولي التي تلت انتصاب الحماية. اتضحت ملامح السياسة الاستعمارية في هذا المجال خاصة منذ سنة 1890، قد ترتب عن هذه الإجراءات والآليات القانونية والإدارية، حالات تضييق على السكان المحليين تعددت إثرها الدعوات المناوئة للسياسة الاستعمارية حركات مقاومة بالأرياف. مما يطرح تساؤلات عديدة تتمحور أساساً حول المنظومة التشريعية القانونية في علاقتها بالسياسة الاستعمارية وتأثيرها في خلق تناقضات داخل المجتمعات الريفية.
|b Forest and bush lands are considered as one of the most important subjects which attracted the interest of the colonial authorities since the early years following the establishment of the French Protectorate. It is a vital issue that is inextricably linked to its settlement policy. In this context, the manifestations of the colonial policy were made clear since 1890 in that these lands were determined and allocated to state property. Besides, their legal status was transformed, putting them thereafter under the control of the colonial administration and subtracting important parts of them for the benefit of colonial settlers under the title of rent or purchase. These legal and administrative procedures established by the colonial authorities resulted in suffocating the indigenous population which led to the appearance of many campaigns against colonial policy and rural protest movements taking various forms and shapes.
