هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تقييم أداء حكام كرة القدم في محافظات قطـاع غـزة، ولتحقيق ذلك ؛ أجريت الدراسة علي عينة عمدية قوامها (23) حكما، هم يمثلون مجتمـع الدراسـة الأصلي، منهم (13) حكم ساحة و(10) حكام مساعدين وهم الحكام المعتمدون في الاتحاد الفلسطيني لكرة القدم والذين شاركوا في الدوري الفلسطيني لعام 2010-2011، ولجمـع بيانـات الدراسـة وتحقيق أهدافها ؛ تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، ومقياس تقييم أداء حكام كرة القدم من تصميم الباحث، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة: أن تقييم أداء حكام كرة القدم بمحافظات قطاع غزة كان جيدا جدا ؛ حيـث وصلت النسبة المئوية للاستجابة لدى حكم الساحة (13.81%)، وكذلك يتضح من نتائج الدراسة: أن المعيار المرتبط بالتعاون مع المساعدين احتل المرتبة: الأولي ، و المعيار المرتبط بالسيطرة علـي المباراة احتل: المرتبة الثانية ، والمعيار المرتبط باللياقة البدنية : المرتبة الثالثة، و المعيار المرتبط بالدقة في اتخاذ القرار: المرتبة الرابعة ، وجاءت النسبة المئوية للاستجابة لمستوى الحكم المساعد(87%)، حيث إن المعيار المرتبط بالمساعدة في السيطرة علي المباراة احتل: المرتبـة الأولـي، والمعيار المرتبط بالدقة والثبات في اتخاذ القرار: المرتبة الثانية، والمعيار المرتبط باللياقة البدنية: المرتبة الثالثة.
The study aimed at identifying the evaluation of the performance of football referees in Gaza Strip governorates in the light of the international standards , to achieve this goal , the study was conducted on sample composed of (23) referees who represent the original study of the community, including 13 referee and 10 assistants referees who are accredited by Palestinian Football Association and who participated in the Palestinian league in 2010-2011. To collect the study data and to achieve its aims the descriptive method was used .The researcher conducted the measurement to evaluate the performance of football referees , The results of the study revealed that the evaluation of the performance of football referees in Gaza strip governorates was very good , the percentage of the positive response for the referee has reached (81.13%) . It is clear also from the results of the study , that the criterion associated with the match control came second . The criteria related with the cooperation of the assistants came first. The physical fitness came third , whereas the criteria connected with the accuracy of taking decision came fourth . The percentage of the response relevant to the assistant referee was (87%) as the criteria connected with the assistance in controlling the match came first and the criteria connected with the accuracy and consistency in taking decisions came second followed by the criteria related to the physical fitness that came third
