تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر المسلسلات المدبلجة المعروضة في القنوات الفضائية العربية على القيم لدى الشباب الجامعي الفلسطيني ومعرفة مدى وعيهم بخطورة المسلسلات المدبلجة المعروضة في القنوات الفضائية العربية على القيم وإدراك مدى قدرتهم على التمييز بين السلوكيات الإيجابية والسلبية التي تقدم وتعرض في القنوات الفضائية العربية واقتراح الحلول والتوصيات لمعالجة هذه الظاهرة وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى البحوث الوصفية، واستخدمت منهج المسح، والاستبيان الإلكتروني أداة لجمع البيانات على عينة من طلبة الجامعات والكليات الفلسطينية بلغت 123 مفردة، ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة أن مشاهدة المسلسلات المدبلجة لها تأثير سلبي على العديد من القيم المختلفة وخاصة القيم الدينية والروحية، مثل: الحياء، التقوى والالتزام الديني، طاعة الوالدين وصلة الرحم، الأمانة، الحلم، الوفاء بالعهد، الصدق والأمانة، العطف، الإحسان) كما أنها تقدم سلوكيات سلبية تنعكس على المشاهدين (كتضييع الوقت، والإعجاب بالنجوم، وإهمال الفرائض الدينية، والمبالغة في حب المال، والتدخين، والخيانة، وعدم الاهتمام بالدراسة، والعنف، والإسراف والتبذير، والكذب)، وأن العلاقات العاطفية من أبرز الموضوعات التي تتناولها المسلسلات المدبلجة، وحرص المبحوثين على متابعة مشاهد العنف والانتقام بما يؤثر سلبا على التعامل مع الآخرين والمجتمع بشكل عام، وأن أكثر القنوات الفضائية التي تقدم المسلسلات المدبلجة ويشاهدها المبحوثون جاءت على التوالي احتلت المرتبة الأولى في المشاهدة mbc4، يليها 2cbc، ثم بانوراما دراما، يتبعها mbc دراما، يليهاmbc1، ثم أبو ظبي دراما، يتبعها أبو ظبي، وأخيرا Lbc، وكشفت الدراسة أن نسبة المبحوثون المشاهدين للمسلسلات المدبلجة على القنوات الفضائية قد بلغت 78% كما بلغت نسبة من لا يشاهدونها 22%، وأن مشاهدة المسلسلات المدبلجة جاءت في وسط اهتمام المبحوثين، أوضحت الدراسة أن أسباب عدم مشاهدة المبحوثين الذين أجابوا بعدم مشاهدة المسلسلات المدبلجة ترجع إلى عرضها سلوكيات وقيما ومفاهيم لا تتفق مع الدين الإسلامي بنسبة 37%، وبأن أهدافها خيالية لا تتفق مع الواقع بنسبة 32%، وعدم وجود وقت بنسبة 12%.
This study aims to investigate the effects of dubbed-series taking place via the Arabic satellite channels on the values of the university students among Palestinian universities; therefore, to identify their consciousness of the danger of dubbed-series on the values. Moreover, examine youth ability to discriminate between the positive and negative behaviors, which shown via the Arabic satellite channels. This study suggests solutions and recommendations to treat this phenomenon. It is considered one of the descriptive researches; which uses the public survey approach; and, it has one hundred and twenty three electronic questionnaire applications for the whole data about the students of Palestinian universities and colleges. One of the most important results of the study is the negatives of the dubbed-series on various values and habits, especially the spiritual and religious values such as: Modesty, piety, religion commitment, obedience to parents, kinship, honesty, perception, trust, sympathy, charity, etc. In addition, to the habits that appears on the Arabic satellite channels by the dubbed-series which reflect on the audience such as: wasting time, admiring the TV stars, neglect the religious obligations, excessive of loving the money, smoking, infidelity, lack of interest of school, violence, overkill, squandering, lying. Moreover, the extravagant of emotional and romantic relationships is one of the prominent subjects, which appears in the dubbed-series. The audience care about watching such violent scenes which will effect negatively on the whole society. The most Arabic satellite channels broadcast dubbed-series are: MBC4, CBC2, PANORAM DRAMA, MBC DRAMA, MBC1, ABUDHABI DRAMA, ABUDHABI, and LBC. This study has found that the percentage of the audience who watch such dubbed-series is 78 per cent; and who does not watch is 22 per cent. Watching dubbed-series from the audience point of view is in the middle of their concerns. The research obviously showed the reasons of not watching dubbed-series of those who against watching such series, because they neglect the values, behaviors and concepts, which are against the Islamic instructions; they are 37 per cent, the aims of the dubbing TV series (Musalsalat Mudablaja) are fictional against the reality about 32 per cent, and the audience who has no time to watch such series about 12 per cent.
