|e هدف البحث الي الكشف عن أزمة اللغة العربية وتشخيصها وعلاجها. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. لتوضيح أسباب أزمة اللغة العربية. ومنها خطأ التشخيص اللغوي. والعولمة الاقتصادية. وغياب إرادة الإصلاح اللغوي. وعولمة التعليم. والتعليم باللغات الأجنبية. ونجاح الاستعمار في تهميش اللغة العربية. وأوضح البحث وسائل إحياء اللغة العربية على مستوي القناعات واشتمل على تغيير العقلية العربية. الايمان بالتعليم والتعلم باللغة العربية. وعلى مستوى المؤسسات بوضع سياسة لغوية تفرضها مجامع اللغة العربية. والمستوى التعليمي بإحياء اللغة العربية في البيت والمدرسة والجامعة والتليفزيون وفي كل مجالات الحياة الاجتماعية. وعلى المستوى السياسي بسيادة اللغة العربية سيادة كاملة تعليما وتعلما. وتعريب الكتب والبحوث وترجمتها فور نشرها. وعلى المستوى الاقتصادي. وعلى مستوى الابداع والتذوق وبناء مجتمع المعرفة. وتوصل البحث الى أن العقبات أمام لغتنا لا توجد على أرضنا ولا في سمائنا. وإنما أقمناها أولاً في نفوسنا. أو كما يسميها التقرير الياباني عن أهداف اليابان في القرن الحادي والعشرين تخوم الداخل. وأوصى البحث بضرورة اتجاهنا نحو أنفسنا واستنهاض قدراتنا وقوانا الكامنة وفتح حدود المعرفة والانجاز صوب الآفاق اللانهائية حيث لا يكون لقدراتنا على الفعل والانجاز حدود قصوى. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
|f The aim of the research is to uncover, diagnose and treat the Arabic language crisis. The descriptive analytical approach was used to explain the causes of the crisis of the Arabic language including the error of the linguistic diagnosis, the economic globalization, the absence of the will of the linguistic reform and the globalization of the education, as well as the education in foreign languages and the success of the colonialism in the marginalization of the Arabic language. The research explained the means of reviving the Arabic language on the level of the convictions and included the change of the Arab mentality, the faith in teaching and learning in the Arabic language and at the institutional level to develop a language policy imposed by the Arabic language assemblies, as well as the educational level in reviving the Arabic language at home, school, university, television and in all areas of the social life. At the political level, the sovereignty of the Arabic language is full of education and learning and the Arabization of books, the research and their translation immediately after its publication, at the economic level and at the level of the creativity , the taste and building the knowledge society. The research found that the obstacles to our language do not exist on our land or in our skies, but we set them first in our souls or as the Japanese report calls it on the Japan's goals in the 21st century.
