|a اهتم العالم الحاضر بالإدارة وفنونها، وكتبوا في ذلك كتباً كثيرة، ووضعوا لها قواعد وضوابط معاصرة، وأغلب هذه الكتب والأفكار كانت تأتينا من الغرب، والناس يتلقفونها بنهم شديد، ولو نظرنا في سيرة النبي لوجدنا أن الإبداع الإداري مؤصل في ديننا الإسلامي الحنيف، وقد قدم لنا المصطفى عليه السلام أروع النماذج من أقواله وأفعاله في فن الإبداع الإداري، ونحن مأمورون بالتأسي به . قال تعالى: ﴿لَقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ لِّمَن كَانَ يَرْجُو اللَّهَ وَالْيَوْمَ الْآخِرَ وَذَكَرَ اللَّهَ كَثِيراً﴾( ). ولذلك أحببت أن أكتب بحثاً في بيان الإبداع الإداري الذي اتسم به ، وحسن تدبيره وإدارته، وسميته (الإبداع الإداري في ضوء السنة النبوية)، وسأقتصر فيه على نموذج واحد أو نموذجين من أقوال أو أفعال النبي لكل مبحث من المباحث.
|b The recent world has concerned by administration and its arts, and many books have been written in this field, and they have set the contemporary rules and regulations, most of these books and thoughts were came to us from the west and people received them passionately. If we look to the prophetic history (May Peace and Prayer Be Upon Him) we would find that the administrative creativity is authenticated in our holy Islamic religion, the prophet (May Peace and Prayer of Allah Be Upon Him) has presented to us the most finest models from his sayings and actions in the art of administrative creativity, and we are ordered to follow him. The Almighty of Allah says: He was a good pacemaker for those who had hopes for Allah and the Last Day and mention Allah much). Therefore, I liked to write a research in stating administrative creativity by which the prophet of Allah has been distinguished, his good arrangement and management and I named it (the administrative creativity in the light of Prophetic Sunnat), in which I will restrict on one or two forms from sayings and acts of the prophet (May Peace and Prayer of Allah Be Upon Him) and there is one research for each of them
