|a يأتي هذا البحث محاولة جادة للوقوف على واقع دور مؤسسة الأوقاف في دعم الجوانب التربوية والتعليمية في منطقة الجوف، والوقوف على أسباب تراجع مؤسسة الوقف في الاهتمام بالجوانب التربوية, والتعليمية، واقتراح الوسائل والأساليب التي يمكن تطوير دور مؤسسة الوقف في دعم الجوانب التربوية والتعليمية في منطقة الجوف، وذلك تأصيلاً لمنهج حي، يمكّننا من استثمار هذه الأوقاف وتوظيفها، تحقيقا للغاية التي شرع من أجلها الوقف من تحقيق خيري الدنيا والآخرة, وقد تناولنا هذا الموضوع ضمن ثلاثة مباحث، الأول تمهيدي, تحدثنا فيه عن الوقف من حيث تعريفه ومشروعيته, والحكمة من تشريعه، وشروطه وأنواعه. وأما المبحث الثاني فقد تناول الحديث حول دور مؤسسة الوقف في خدمة الأمور التربوية والتعليمية. وفي المبحث الثالث تمّ عرض نتائج الدراسة التي توصلنا إليها من خلال الاستبانة التي تم توزيعها.
